I dont get it, so because its a bodybuilding forum we should be encourage to live a unhealthy obsessed lifestyle of steroids & all that junk these pros take & look like a cartoon character and die by age 50 just to please a bunch of men who want to look like freaks?. Let's be honest, most of us lift for girls. If you're lifting to impress people with your bench numbers and PRs, only other men care about that and if that's your goal then I got some bad news for you . . .

Dudes with mediocre physiques (and often goals in general) lift/do chit for women

Lifting should be done because u love it and love the progress. Nothing makes me lol harder than 15% bodyfat *******s who lift when single, date the first 5/10 they find and stop training...only to end up back where they started when said sloot inevitably leaves for a guy who has a little more fire in his belly

This, except i'm closing in on 5 years of lifting. Just don't care about getting huge anymore. I just want to be fit, healthy, not gasp for air when i reach the top of the stairs and look good naked.

I would say I have been given sexual opportunities that I really shouldnt have considering the fact I have no friends, dont go clubbing and know hardly females

Because the second pic is unhealthy and unnattractive. Why would you want to be unhealthy AND look like a freak when you can be healthy, aesthetic, and look like a normal cool guy. Plus the first pic requires a lot less work. Its a no brainer

That's just your opinion though. I can appreciate the freaky size, work, dedication and huge sacrifices the current pros put into it, but PERSONALLY I would never want to look like that—too much. The old school guys were more appealing aesthetically.

There's a point where overly large breasts and ass on a woman stops being as attractive. Same with being too jacked. It just begins to look ludicrous after a certain point.


Not to mention, I can't relate to the current manlet preference in pro bodybuilding. I don't wanna be a super stocky 5'8 freak.

Somewhere in the middle of pic 1 and 2 is ideal.
