Weighted abs, non weighted, and solid diet

I do focus on my abs quite a lot and have to, but I also give them a good amount of rest and recovery and workout all the other muscle groups when they are recovering. I have a solid diet and have had one for a very long time. Tracking my macros and the foods that I do track aren't cookies or pop tarts, I'm eating mainly chicken, fish, turkey, eggs, veggies. I do weighted abs, non weighted abs (crunches, leg lifts, bicycles, toe touches..etc) but I still can't get that thickness to them. I am 18 years old, 6'2, 181 lbs usually, and I don't think my abs will ever be very thick cause of my height, but I atleast want to make them a little thicker, and they have gotten some thickness to them, but what can I do such as exercises or any recommendations to aid in the growth of my abdominals? Thank you

The usual---Squats, Deadlifts, Rows, and Presses. Abdominals will then develop in proportion to all other muscle groups.

Then with proper nutrition, just add in the time factor, and you're good to go.
