Lol sounds like you've had it worse. Played football in high school and there's no way I'd be getting stronger in season. I actually went to the gym saying I gotta get 555 and beat juggernautgeoff, but 525 was difficult, no way I could've beat you. And yes, I got bruises, too.

As it stands I'm in 3rd, perhaps pending 4th if Mr "physique competitor, not even mad" has his high squat pass. Chitty. I always had to hit a heavy single after I hit my heavy triple or double my programming called for lol. But a 465 squat in 220 has no business placing anyway lol. lol well I tried 550 but failed again the other night. Kind of frustrated I lost some strength, but of course I couldn't just not put up anything. Got a vid coming in a bit of a back down set of 480x5. Not my greatest squat ever, but not bad for the fact I was demotivated, failed a max, and still had a rep in the tank. Obviously just will have to count one of those reps as my lift and place with 480. Was hoping that would still get me enough for the win but it seems someone did 490 in my class. Should have done 500 or something but oh well
