Thanks! Marathon not a sprint right? in my first 6-7 months of lifting I managed to lose fat add muscle stay about the same weight... I just need to really dial in my diet to add more weight just haven't been disciplined. Soon... haha.USAF

In on this in 181 class. I have a USAPL meet video from Nov 8th
Squatted 222.5 kg at 79.8 kg, which equals 490.5 lb at 176 lb

No lift. too high. I have the same body dimensions bro and while my squat is weak, it is almost never high unless I go full retard with the knee travel.
I would recommend a narrower stance and see how you like that. It is easier to load the weight on the hip for me with a shoulder width-ish stance
