I'm squatting everyday right now while my wrist is recovering from injury. One of these days I'll get a video especially with an empty 220 class right now

Just finished my second meet on Saturday Weighed in at 162.7 lbs can confirm this once results on meet get posted.
Got 325 lbs on my second attempt asked for 341 lbs for my third but they loaded an extra 2.5 Kgs and I failed was allowed a 4th attempt at 341 lbs for the mix up but couldn't get it, might attempt before December but I'm on that bulk time now so might not be within 165 by then.

Sorry if you break your neck watching it.....the curse of the camera person continues.
This was my first time squatting 500 and it was easy as fuk. Had at least 520 in me, but I planned to only hit 500 today and I didn't want to deviate from the plan and go for a grinder rep.PRs:
Squat: 630 (sleeves)
Deadlift: 735 (straps)
Strict OHP: 330
Log Clean & Press: 360
Gave stickyashell hope and now he's back in strength sports crew

Squat more than Deadlift crew. I even have really long arms :-( Like, the ideal body type for deadlifts, but years of cycling have made me quad dominant.
:-(
WHAT ABOUT A POWER CLEAN COMPETITION? OR JUST A CLEAN COMP?
Cuz I can clean almost as much as I can deadlift. Seems like if I can pick it up period then I can do anything with it. Or I just have supreme humping powers that force barbells into compliance!
And yes, I can seriously clean 225lbs, because this is the misc and I can say anything.Gym lifts: 260/130/285
Meet lifts: 245/130/285

Multiquoting Mod at your service
Well that's that. I like deadlift comps because I don't need any help judging them lol. brb from the floor to lockout with no hitching= good lift
I invited babyslayer ad Rubish(thesuccessful1) to the last one but they didn't feel like coming in. ffguitarist put up some ridiculous number and pretty much locked out everyone in his weight class.
probably after the DL one(srs). or it might be overhead press again. This is the only comp I planned out before the last one was even done lol
lol just stay out of my weight class
watching now. I will put you on the leaderboard(if good lift of course) and PM me or post the results here when they come out
Edit: Good lift 325@162(proof of weight still needed). that chit was DEEEEEEEP lol. and the three white lights did make it easier
lol watching now with my laptop turned sideways
Edit: good for 500@300. did look fairly easy for you.
and watching this one too
Edit: good for 135x5, 225x3, 275x1, 315x1, 350x1, and 380x1@165
strong hips and traps? and you cant use quad dominance as an excuse. years of high bar squats and front squats have made me quad dominant as well and there is literally no chance my squat will ever within 50 pounds of my deadlift
problem with a olympic lift like that is I have no clue how to judge something like that. although I will do some research and see if I cant find a way to make this work out. I tend to stick with the normal lifts because more people use them and the oly lifts require more coaching to get right than deadlift, benchpress, squat, front squat, press, etc.Last edited by 400Lb Gorilla; 10-28-2014 at 10:23 AM.
You would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

The athlete pulls the barbell from the ground and somehow, through no outside intervention ends up mounted on the athletes shoulders with hips/knees/torso locked out. No wraps/suits. Power clean, clean, don't matter as long as the barbell goes from the ground to the shoulders and everything is locked out.
