Oh man, I'm just seeing this. I already signed up for a fallen soldier memorial run on nov 26th . So I'm training for that. I can't do both, haha. I doubt I can hit 160 right now.

I am going to end up extending this out to the 15th I think. a lot of people have meets that are right there at the end of my competition. your lifter card and the video would be good by me. I find out someone is frauding later I will send them ape chit in an envelope

Dont worry too much about that at a meet. Just make sure your cameraman gets the weight itself in the vid at some point. Cause if you say you are squatting 800 pounds but there are only three plates on there I am gonna be skeptical hippo
lol most "45 pound bars" are not 45 pounds so yeah I will give you a pound on your squat bar . I am jelly I wish I had one.

Howdy, can I get my sister to post the video on my account? The reason why I asked is because so I could receive a mod rep. I know that near December there'll be folks who pop up outta nowhere and would squat 600 in the 220, 242, and 198 weight classes.

Well I'm sorry 4G but I have to make you do a little work
Pretty much the first time squatting over 405 without wraps. Looks like I had about 475 in me today if not more. Got nearly two more months to go so maybe I'll get 500ish on this run if I stay healthy.
This is definitely one of my "higher" squats. But I took a screenshot at the end so hopefully we'll agree its @ parallel.

did an easy 455x5 today. decided not to cut and just fill out the 198 class. tfw when sully is in the same class as you.

^^^ hit 445 today for 3 good depth reps.. next week is peak so looking to hit 475+ i still think someone will win our category with a 500lb+ lift though

I just say every thousand reps = 1 rep point to the person repped. So if you get repped by a person with 1 million rep points you jump up 1000 reps in power. Boom! Simplicity. I guess its not simple for people that don't understand math but whatever. Negging is a little more complicated.

Well. I squatted 405, 435, and 455 all no wrap PR's. Then 405, 455, 500 dead singles (beltless). 500 did fly up, but I also hit a backoff set of 405x8 (also beltless) then some heavy SOHP and Ab wheel.
I think the 405x8 deadlift set put me under. Follow my log bro!
