Oh man, I'm just seeing this. I already signed up for a fallen soldier memorial run on nov 26th . So I'm training for that. I can't do both, haha. I doubt I can hit 160 right now.

I'll check back and see if I should even bother posting a vid. I see the 114 class is wide open still.

190kg at 80kg bodyweight 419lbs at 176lbs bodyweight

190kg-> 20kg bar, 3x20kg, 1x15kg, 1x10kg

This entry is just to be on the leader board. I already done 5x390lbs before this. As you see i also hit the water bottle which stood on the safetys Lost concentration and lift went up slow. Will be hitting 450lbs+ in a few weeks and hope to hit 485-474 on my meet.

No, I'll post my dec 7th squat, but the only way to verify the weight that same day would be my lifter card. It takes months for them to post results.

I am going to end up extending this out to the 15th I think. a lot of people have meets that are right there at the end of my competition. your lifter card and the video would be good by me. I find out someone is frauding later I will send them ape chit in an envelope

I honestly doubt the official results from my comp on Oct 25 will be available before Dec 7 srs

I do. Doesn't mean I can have them literally walk to the platform to confirm the weight.

Dont worry too much about that at a meet. Just make sure your cameraman gets the weight itself in the vid at some point. Cause if you say you are squatting 800 pounds but there are only three plates on there I am gonna be skeptical hippo

Pretty much the first time squatting over 405 without wraps. Looks like I had about 475 in me today if not more. Got nearly two more months to go so maybe I'll get 500ish on this run if I stay healthy.

This is definitely one of my "higher" squats. But I took a screenshot at the end so hopefully we'll agree its @ parallel.

I just say every thousand reps = 1 rep point to the person repped. So if you get repped by a person with 1 million rep points you jump up 1000 reps in power. Boom! Simplicity. I guess its not simple for people that don't understand math but whatever. Negging is a little more complicated.

Well. I squatted 405, 435, and 455 all no wrap PR's. Then 405, 455, 500 dead singles (beltless). 500 did fly up, but I also hit a backoff set of 405x8 (also beltless) then some heavy SOHP and Ab wheel.

I think the 405x8 deadlift set put me under. Follow my log bro!

And yeah look at sig. 565 deadlift beltless and it was pretty easy. That was from the deadlift comp. Then someone knocked me off 3rd place the last day by 5 pounds. I got trolled hard that time.
