Durp I did not even realize this was here.. his 430 at 165 last week...

Maybe I will do a quick 405 or something to get on leaderboards....

better yet make comp go through 12/14 so I can use my competition video

spot saved for the uploading vid... unsure if my parallel will be good enough or not but fuark knees were being piles of ****. hit both 205/207.5kg just to see if any of the two made depth. knowing my internet wont have this vid up for a few hours

edit: im not making a full vid for the lift if depth is not good. if depth is good ill re-upload with weights etc for comp, go to 2:48 for the 205 and 207.5kg lifts

Fawk it i'm just gonna start working on my back squat again since Dec is a while off and see if I can get back to repping 405lb like it's nothing. I took over a year break from them and started doing them again at the beginning of the year and 405lbs was heavy as fawk. It was depressing and said why not try front squats. Been focusing on that for a few months now and can get 325lbs for 5 or 6 reps. I did back squats 2 weeks ago and did 405x2 reps and got stuck at the bottom. If I can get it for at least 5 reps by Dec i'll just throw 425lbs and try to get 2nd place in my class because I sure in the hell not attempting any max outs on back squats. Hopefully not to many strong guys in my class submit videos.

I'll post my video closer to the deadline, as I'm in the middle of an equipped cycle right now. I should be good for 455+ at 163lb bodyweight tho. I've hit 455 @155lb bodyweight in the past. I've just got to ramp up the raw training again.

Embedding because this is the funniest lifting vid I've seen in a long long time.

As if the 25% bf followed by jacked mirror shot wasn't funny enough, that kid steals the show doing tricep pull rows while completely unmoved by your efforts lol.

lol sorry I have been watching your vid all day(no homo). the one at 2:48 looks good. the one at 4:15 I think might be good too but looking for Isaku's feedback on that one.You have some huge fukking quads bro and it fuks up everything lol. even in your warm up sets where you are dropping lower it still looks like you are parallel lol.

but the first one is definitely good(2:48)
waiting on Isaku to help me out with the second one(4:15)

Sweet, let me know if you want me to re-upload the vid then with just the lift and weight or whatever. Having larger than normal quads can sometimes suck lol
