And I see the competition was extended. I had a meet on Saturday and squatted 270 so I gotta get to uploading that. I hope they post the meet results asap so I can validate my bw and squat weight because my friend filmed me straight forward and so he didn't catch the projector on the wall.

He thought I was running a 2 week squat max competition lol. ZJ has literally put in one or more entries in EVERY competition I have done but every time he seems to ignore the OP.... except for reading the rules about how to put in an entry lol

You missed it cause everyone ignores that list of videos

It will either be deadlift or powerclean. A few have requested power clean, one azzhole suggested box jumps(and another agreed), and more people have requested the deadlift again. I like judging deadlifts. don't hitch, don't drop it before lockout, good lift

The 220s are pretty weak right now, I expect a bunch of people to enter this week and my spot not last. You should definitely go for a true max though since an internet competition is so much more important than an actual meet.
