What's that mean? How much should I be Squating so I can be a threat in 148?
I havent worked on squats in a long time but 2 months is a good amount of time. Just september alone I put 30 pounds on my PR.

I'm pretty sure some lightweights will come in and put up 400+ and I'll save my dignity and not compete

Stupid question: Is a lifter allowed to change weight classes either because of the weight fluctuations of life over a 3 month period, or perhaps even to get more competitive? If so, are there any specifics on this, as in, can a lifter only go up in weight? Down? I'm asking because for me, at any point in the next three months I could be between 108lbs to 130lbs. Stress, water retention, or caloric excess/decline can factor into any/all of these, and I had intended to submit multiple entries.

And, while I'm sure the answer is no, are lifters allowed to submit entries to compete in two different body weights simultaneously? Can a lifter weigh in, lift, and after a week with 10+ lbs, lift again in a higher weight class, but maintain entries in both classes?

you can put in 100 different entries if you wish. but you can only compete in one weight class at a time. you can up or down weight classes as you want to as well. Last entry is the only one that counts though so before you post a new entry make sure you truly want to be in that new weight class. no take backsies

Got my first entry uploading now. 450 pounds at 222 pounds bodyweight. not a max for me but today sucked for squatting. will try for 475 on my next shot at this.

There is no need for the "no homo" tag when I talk about Ergo. ErgoPump was one of my favorite preworkouts before you guys stopped production. You might have had to hit the stuff with a hammer to break it apart but it was worth the effort. I like ErgoBlast but it messes with my stomach a little when I used it on squat day. that abdominal pressure and bish stomach

lol yeah I think the lower weight classes tend to fill up the fastest. and there are usually some big damn lifts in those weight classes. on the benchpress competition the overall winner was decided at the last minute between 2 lifters that were in completely opposite weight classes the 165 class and the 275+ class.

hoping to see some lightweight brahs do that again this time.

probably tree fitty srs though I know of several guys in the 150-165 weight range that can squat 500+. whether or not they join this competition is not up to me though lol. Put in an entry. if no one else is on the leaderboard you automatically land in first I am the King of Squats right meow

lmao I would love to tell you that it is not a normal occurrence for me but it seems to happen a lot when I am getting too heavy. I wish I still had my 460 squat video, I damn near had my upper body parallel to the floor and the knees were locked out already

pretty sure this is why my deadlift is 125 over my squat. I aint mad about it though
