First squat competition in quite a while that I won't be participating in due to knee tendonitis, glad to support the competition though!

I'll be happy to support the competition though - if it's not too late count me in for a tub of ErgoBlast to male and female overall winners in addition to what's already been offered from ErgoGenix!

I love the Ergo bros no problem will add that in as well. the overall winners are gonna be buried in supplements for a long time lol

Stupid question: Is a lifter allowed to change weight classes either because of the weight fluctuations of life over a 3 month period, or perhaps even to get more competitive? If so, are there any specifics on this, as in, can a lifter only go up in weight? Down? I'm asking because for me, at any point in the next three months I could be between 108lbs to 130lbs. Stress, water retention, or caloric excess/decline can factor into any/all of these, and I had intended to submit multiple entries.

And, while I'm sure the answer is no, are lifters allowed to submit entries to compete in two different body weights simultaneously? Can a lifter weigh in, lift, and after a week with 10+ lbs, lift again in a higher weight class, but maintain entries in both classes?
