I feel weak at times regarding no fap but ultimately know I won't break. My hormones go crazy at times though...
kind of disappointed I still haven't had a wet dream nearing day 60... I go to bed begging for it and to no avail

Day 20. Almost contemplated watching camsite again. I know the fap will feel good for a while, but I'll feel chit afterwards + the acne breakout will make it worst. But still in!
It's been said a million times, but I think the key is to make events in your life, keep yourself busy. Do something productive, lift, get a proper haircut, master an instrument, or learn one if you haven't.

Not on the month list but day 12 coming to a close.
Such a major difference to me socially. Had the best time I've ever had at a college party, talking to girls much more, workouts are sick, life is good.
To anyone considering it, these major benefits are what you don't normally see until day 7 or 8, so you gotta stick with it.

Guys im out on the 21st. Its always 3 weeks that the anxiety is profound. However, I only lapsed once so it wasnt too bad. The depression in my experience only kick in if relapsed. Hell I was even able to put a good workout yesterday. I think Im going to stick with no fap for 3 weeks interval. I dont have porn addiction anymore anyway but the urge to release is always there.

I'm letting my group down when it comes to group assignments, etc cause I'm not even there too. I NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS! and I need to stick to it, I need to make it a habit.
1. Start doing my school work. In grade 11 and I only have 11 credits, I should have 16. If I continue this, I'll have 11 when I'm supposed to have 20.
(If I actually start putting some effort into school work and getting caught up, I will have less free time on my hands and I'll actually be working towards something in life) Also I need to start going to school everyday..
2. No Laptop in my room again, EVER. Nothing good ever comes out of using my laptop in my room, it is a waste of time and leads to relapses every single time.
3. Cold showers 3 TIMES A DAY. Everytime I stop taking cold showers = I relapse like right away. One in the morning, afternoon and night.
4. Lift 6 times a week. P/P/L/P/P/L/REST. I keep tryna do fullbodies because im still in the novice stage but it never works out for me. This will also give me something to do everyday.
5. Edging = relapse. No fking edging.
6. Stop using the Incognito browser on chrome, whenever I'm on it i'm doing things I'm ashamed of obviously.
7. Ever since I started NoFap, I actually feel like i'm much more outgoing than a lot of the kids in my school. Basically everyone seems like they have no energy, theyre tired all day and barely even talk. I was just like them before but I'm improving.
8. Take care of my hygiene, shave often, brush my teeth after every meal, cold shower when I'm feeling messy, fix acne problems.
9. Nutrition, need to start getting my calories in cause I havent been gaining weight at all.. 142lbs @ 6ft tall right now, pretty sad.
10. Not going to make girls a priority, gotta focus on myself right now.
11. I also gotta improve my speech, I talk WWAAY too fast, it's hard for people to understand what i'm saying/take me seriously.
12. Become much more social, stop giving a fk about what people think of me because we're all gonna die one day, yolo.
10/24/2014 NoFap. Going to try and make it through November, and i'm starting tomorrow (Already fapped today), I can't let this binge control my life.
I know if I i'm actually productive and keep myself occupied, nofap will be a breeze.

7 Day no fap/no porn. Not sure If I have any of the good effects but I used to never get morning erections and now have them everyday or most days. Everytime I fap to porn I feel like **** so I am trying not to fail.
