On a side note, perhaps for the list instead of putting everyone's days down etc. just make a list of people who are in and then remove the people who fail as time goes on.

In, I can manage a list and update it at least every few days. I think I can have a list of nf np all month, just np ers and 7 day reset crew.

Just read the studies in the OP. Wow, there isn't that much scientific proof that backs up the no-fap lifestyle. I guess it's one of those things you have to try for yourself to see if it works.

Already on day 7, but in!! I'd rather be anxious than depressed.
Regarding the clearer skin though, I find that my face always break out in the first week, but when that week is over, I don't get acne any more. It's only when I relapse that they come back. Need to do this right
