i think 95 lbs for 3x5 the 1st day i went to the gym... but my arms were shaking like freaking crazy (which I later found out is normal for beginners that have never lifted weights)

Apparently i was one of the more of the stronger kids during my sophmore year in high school, but didn't know until i took weight training. I started at 115lb. It amazes me how much I was able to progress throughout the year. Now my PR so far is 245lb.

I couldnt even bench the bar a year and 3 months ago. I had to use 10 pound dumbells.

The first time I ever benched I think a 10 on the smith machine. When I got back into working out years later and did my first max after a week of lifting or so 115-125 on free weight.
