Stop bein a poosy. srs.
Add a new variable to training to give it new meaning. Do you compete? If you dont, Start now.
If you already do, train for something else for a while.
Stop worrying about the mirror, make some gains in a different style of lifting and have some damn fun with it.
If you think you are too fat, cut weight. If you wanna get bigger, bulk and get strong as phuk.
We're all gonna make it brah. Stay the course!Squat: 515x1

Workout is not only good for health and physical benifits but its also time to yourself, you should always challenge yourself whether its to get shredded, get bigger, prep for show or an event w.e.
If you feel your wasting your time, maybe you need to try something new or set new goalsThe coming of the Manlet saviour

Pick up a grain of sand and hold it in front of you like you're giving it to someone. It's easy, right? No problem. But what if no one picks it up? What if you just keep holding it there for an hour? You arm starts aching, you want to quit and do something else, fux to this chit. What about after a day? You're pissed, want to sleep, fawks to this chit.
Negative thoughts are just like the grain of sand, easy in small doses, but when you hang onto them they beat you down. You need an outlet for them, I'd suggest writing (that's what I've always liked to do, so mb youll prefer something else) IMO you should write poetry b/c that's a very useful life skill in picking up hbb's later on in life. Even if they're chit poems, you'll be surprised after 15-20 poems how much better you get. With poetry you can lay your abusive thoughts to rest, don't need to keep them in your head all the time, give yourself peace and a way of parting. Maybe try some happy poems, about the bright things in your day? Keep them with you because the positive thoughts will build up over time to create happiness.
I went from being able to workout for 5 hrs to not being able to go for more than 5 minutes from depression, medication, self hate, whatever you wanna call it, took 2 years to get out of that mess. Now that I'm out of it, I notice my mood and well-being is all about mantras. Little chants of positivity that will become so repetitive that it brainwashes your sobconscious and affects your life over the long term. GL brah

Just saw your comment about dat dere. I've never had any issues like that. Guess everyone responds differently. I do have joint issues, but I had those before any "supplements". They actually feel better while "on".
If I went from enhanced to natty, I'd probably feel the same way as OP.Last edited by coctopus; 09-27-2014 at 07:22 PM.

you seem depressed bro. Just remeber that life is struggle, the more struggle you add, the stronger you will become. Gym is struggle.
But srs, imagine what you would look like if you didnt even lift. Also, how many years were you lifting for? Why not start competing?

What are you talking about bro? Your lifts are solid. You can't compete because of injury? A friend of mine just got his pro card...he also was in a crazy accident and cant hit certain poses (FDB for instance) correctly. If you are functional enough to lift I don't see why you can't compete.

my legs sucks man. I cant get those things to grow only thing i can do for my legs is hack squats, front, leg presses and isolation. I wish i could do back squat so that i can build up my legs but cant due to knee issues and shoulder problems. I need to get an MRI sometime to see whats wrong with my joints. I might have done permanent damage to all my joints.
