look like **** anyway. I was analysing myself in the mirror for few minutes today and realised one thing whats the point of this?. Is this the best i can look. If so is it even worth it.

Lots of bodybuilders develope body dysmorphism.
so you could be the equivalent of a rail thin girl who thinks she's fat and starves herself.
Work out because you get to release energy and feel awesome? To continue to look your best? For the community of your gym? To work towards goals?
I'm sure there are other aspects of working out you enjoy other than what you see in the mirror.
You don't look like ****.

why do you workout?
For power. To be stronger.
To not be like the other 90% you see everyday.
To do something in your life.
To overcome something you couldnt do before and now can (bench 225, bench 275, bench 315 etc)
Going to the gym is not only about looks and aesthetics.
But hey, if you're not happy with your physique, change your routine, change the way you eat, get on some creatine..hell get on some juice !
do whatever the **** you think is good for your mental happiness regarding your body..
I personally think you look good no homoSorry for my english.

i understand the mentality of being hard on yourself, but come on man, dont even consider stopping with the weights. if you're really that unhappy with your progress, then write out your routine, and analyze the bigger picture. try changing things up, rescheduling when you hit each muscle group, ad in new lifts. just dont give up, lifting is a lifelong dedication
