my mass order of fearn came in today. was kinda surprised by the size of the granules to be honest...idk i was expecting them to be bigger for whatever reason.haha
will start dosing pre-workout with them next week. been dosing 4 caps of OG king this week (1g PA). Thinking I might try 3 caps King and a Tablespoon of Soy lecithin, or 4 caps and a tablespoon. Idk will think about it. any suggestions or thoughts for me on that aspectt

In theory the soy-l might improve the absorption of the King caps, so maybe just start with 3caps/1tbsp?
Then again, if I had some soy-l come in Id prolly wanna dose the fuk outta it and flag the King for a while...*shrug*
Maybe just aim for around 1-1.5gm PA, and hit that however you see fit. You can obviously always adjust as you go along. And, possibly, the more you have of the soy-l making up your dosing ratio, the more likely youll experience acute effects.Olympus Labs

Yeah...I know, heh.
Id hate to start soy-l and get a significant strength boost and feel like I didnt give King a decent shot itself (my strength progression on King has been better than it wouldve been without it, but not as much as something like amentoflavone <which I too had to run at a slightly higher dose than label directions>)Olympus Labs

When I started my run, I wanted a strength increase right off the bat. So, before I started my run proper I experimented to find what dose gave me acute strength increases...3 caps (I purposefully did this during an overreach period as well, so the increases were definitely genuine). I didnt bother going higher than this. So I ran 3 caps per day for just under a week, then dropped back to 2 caps per day.

What can I say? I'm like a prepper, except instead of stockpiling bland food with a shelf-life of a few decades, I hoard HMB-FA, PA, and amentoflavone. Still, there are a few people here who have stashes that dwarf mine. I'll have to fix that soon and buy more.
It's been a good year for supplements, I'd say. I'd love to give ARA a run, but due to my medical history of inflammation, I'm not going to take the chance on it.
I wonder what Fearn is thinking with all of these sales recently?
