    Going to try switching up my dosing - 3 tbsp pre, 2 tbsp post, no dose on off days. Give this a few weeks and see how I feel.

    I'll give this a go. Why not? My Fearn came in today. I have already been taking King, the original formula. I started dosing 1/1/1, then all 3 preworkout, then out of curiousity of the more PA=better concept, I doubled the dose of King. This was very noticeable in pump, fullness and maybe a little strength. So today I did 4 scoops of Fearn. The scoop I used weighs out at 6 grams. So I took 24 grams which should equal 1920mg of PA. What I experienced was a very noticeable increase in pump to my delts (shoulders today obviously). I was also able to overhead DB press a bit more and even get a weight I previously couldn't get started by myself, started. Bent over rear delt flies were heavier as well. One negative today was that I seemed a little washed out looking. Less definition between muscles. I'm not ready to attribute any of this to the increase in PA as there are a lot of other contributing factors such as ArA and the fact that I used a different gym today with vastly different lighting.

    I'm going to increase to 30g of Fearn/SL which should be 2400mg and see how that goes.

    NOW Foods got back to me regarding PA content. They said it is 7-9% PA, so not as concentrated as other sources, but still dirt cheap.

    Next time I'm in a caloric surplus, I think I'll give PA a shot with ArA. Doing 1.5g ArA in a deficit right now.

    ArA is one of my go to supplements along with AnaBeta Elite.

    I love ArA for any goal also. I think you would enjoy the PA + ArA combo. I'm really not that far into my run but am loving it so far. Only going to get better from here.

    cool man, I'm at 1800 pre and 600 post and it's awesome I'm even flirting with going 2.4 pre and .6 post..but then I guess that might be pushing it a lil.
    so far ppl who uses Ara and soy lecithin granules are loving it.

    the extra energy you will put into workouts from lecithin will far outweigh "burn off" the small amount you are concerned about I think

    I looked at NOW brand and its 5g fat/ 10 g. It was recommended above up to 20g PRE and POST. Especially since im >200lb. So yeah..extra 20 g of fat isn't easy to fit in. Not when I can eat food instead
