    Noticed a huge increase in hunger after the second week on SL.
    I just can't stop eating!
    Also noticed better effects using pre and post.

    PA should be a minimum 7% of the weight of any SL product I believe.

    This might be a really dumb question, but isnt soy bad for males? Doesn't it increase estrogen levels. Or is that just PROTEIN derived from soy?
