Was able to pick up 8 tubs of Fearn for $53.20 shipped ($6.65/tub). Already gone through 3. Weight increase and increased hunger very prominent. Plan to soon throw in X-Gels ArA in the mix with SL serving as the emulsifying agent over GMS (though my pres have GMS in them too - Katana/Conqu3r).

Then another guy asked about if he recommended getting pa from soy lecithin such as Fearn and told him about this thread and he needed to chime in, but no response. It was his IG post @themuscleprof 3 days ago. Someone should bump it and get his attention heh

If I'm not mistaken, you are actually gonna have to take close to 2 servings to get the proper PA. There is another thread specifically on this and I think they had it at 18.75 grams to get the proper amount of PA.

generally for most brands of SL 10-15 grams will be more than enough to get the studies amount of PA + some. which means about 1.5 tablespoons give or take a half tbs, whether or not you want more is up to you.

EDIT: 18.75 was for Fern, not the Vitacost brand. I emailed Vitacost so hopefully they get back to me with an answer.

Only thing I didnt like about the VC lecithin was the taste (compared to Fearn and LEF).

@Fugitive is cutler king serving size 3 or 2 pills? label online says 3 but my bottle says 2? gonna be doing 3 pre 3 post but need to know which is the accurate one since that would change things

also anyone know the max dosage for this? 3g of it is legit this is by far one of my fav natty supps now and if I can go higher on it to expirement I will lol
