    Did you read the rest of the post? Clearly I declared defeat when I said a 51 year old who's been training for many years shouldn't set a PR every week or two.     I did not attack. I did not name call. I questioned Chicago's training protocol and diet if he saw no gains at all in 2 weeks. And age is not an excuse. I know plenty of guys his age training hard and setting PRs.

    No, and I don't have a hate either. I believe you're PRing, but I don't think this is all soy lecithin at work or even close. If it were, it would be outranking illegal drugs for this purpose. And I believe you are setting unrealistic expectations for others, i.e. chicago. Age is definitely an excuse. You have more responsibilities, less energy, more injuries, and less time overall. If others can PR constantly that late in life, that's great, but I would never blame a 50 year old for failing to do so

    lol no. I did not gains 20lbs of lean mass in a cycle.

    My weight only went up about 3 to 5lbs. Where I'm noticing the edge is in strength and endurance. Lots of rep PRs.

    I also think a big factor might be the synergy between ArA and SL. I think SL is working better as an emulsifier than GMS ever did.

    I haven't set a "PR" in years, nor do I care about that anymore. Competitive Powerlifter for years, now I could give two rips. As long as I take something that helps me transform my body or keep improving for the better, gives me good workouts, a good pump, makes me feel good ... I'm sold.

    Way too much is put into "how much you lift brah?" ... way too much.

    You got the wrong person, I have never tired clear muscle but yes I didn’t and don’t believe the claims of clear muscle and stated so but ONLY due to the fact of the claims MT was making I never said it didn’t work to some extent and it does for doms and that was pretty much confirmed with the logs.

    The only type of training where how much you lift is not important is bodybuilding. Everything else, from powerlifting, strongman, olympic lifting, sport specific training and even Crossfit, gaining strength is one of the main goals.
