Did you read the rest of the post? Clearly I declared defeat when I said a 51 year old who's been training for many years shouldn't set a PR every week or two. But all you saw was "twat" and reflexively regurgitated some quote you heard from your middle school teacher. Your next post will surely mention how I should lift more weight or some other typical meathead copout

This post has run its course coop, no mater what you say it will be wrong unless you are setting a pr everyday as Killer posted he was awhile back, not every two weeks but everyday or getting bigger in a couple of days of use to the point to were you are getting compliments on your size, lol

No, and I don't have a hate either. I believe you're PRing, but I don't think this is all soy lecithin at work or even close. If it were, it would be outranking illegal drugs for this purpose. And I believe you are setting unrealistic expectations for others, i.e. chicago. Age is definitely an excuse. You have more responsibilities, less energy, more injuries, and less time overall. If others can PR constantly that late in life, that's great, but I would never blame a 50 year old for failing to do so

Different people react differently to ingredients. What works for one person won't necessarily work for someone else. Half of the arguments on bb.com could be avoided if people would just remember that fact.

I haven't set a "PR" in years, nor do I care about that anymore. Competitive Powerlifter for years, now I could give two rips. As long as I take something that helps me transform my body or keep improving for the better, gives me good workouts, a good pump, makes me feel good ... I'm sold.
Way too much is put into "how much you lift brah?" ... way too much.

You got the wrong person, I have never tired clear muscle but yes I didn’t and don’t believe the claims of clear muscle and stated so but ONLY due to the fact of the claims MT was making I never said it didn’t work to some extent and it does for doms and that was pretty much confirmed with the logs.
With PA you posted PR’s every day from day 1!! You have since back tracked and said well maybe it also because of the synergy between ArA but you weren’t saying that at first it was all about the Fern remember?? Like I said I have been doing this a very long time and most of what you read and the claims are crap. Ok since were doing this and to dispel a notion at my ripe old age of 51. Tuesday chest day. incline 330 x12 340 x12 350 x10 360 x10 375 x8 flat 340 x10 350 x 10 360 x8 360x8 370 X8 decline my strongest lift. 350 x12 360 x12 370 x10 380 x8 390x5 I would be than happy to post my other lifts if you so well like Killer, in fact I live in NY and you live Delaware would be more than happy to get together and workout with you sometime
