This is probably a hassle for most of the general public...unless of course they live near the shoreline and the season is right depending on where they live, but has anyone ever used a trapbar for farmer's walks on the sand? I bet it would torch fat like no other if able to be done properly...Just a random thought with utilizing the workout tools.

Hahaha good point...But I'm basically talking to the many that wouldn't bring their trapbars and weight plates at the beach in that sentence, there could be many naysayers out there...I guess I should've been a more positive role model/motivator in this certain scenario and have faith in the subjects that would potentially test this variation of routine LOL.

I never personally tried it but just had a random thought and idea on this today...So I figured I'd express it on here, because sometimes when the beach weather rolls around over here I do walk the sand with a loaded beach bag with some resistance and switch arms, so I thought I'd think of something more challenging. As I always say...insight and advice is always welcome and that's good to know Mech.

Carrying heavy things in the sand. Who does that?
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

Arnold had one of the best sets of calves in the history of bodybuilding. He used to regularly walk in the
sand going through a really full range of motion...said his calves would scream. Sounds like it would be fun
to do farmers on the beach.
Hey Atty...those can't be Seals with those haircuts...?? That must be some kinda club or something."Common sense is not so common".

Walking the sand on the beach with resistance is awesome...Not only does it torch bodyfat and raise insulin sensitivity, but also excellent mention on the calves...Really with the beach sand the legs and calf definition really jump out after a good resistant walk on it. One day when the weather is good over here I'm gonna see if I could test it out and give the trapbar a spin on the sands. Repped.
