TGIF!!
First let me say I weighed myself this morning and I am 180lbs Woohooo!!! Need to update my profile.
The embarrassing moment:
My new boss is a female, she is not hot nor ugly she is regular. She calls me into her office to discuss a large project I inherited from the previous Project Executive and I have no idea why, but I started catching an erection. The more I tried NOT to think about it, the worst it got and I had on a pair of dockers so it was very evident.
Her eyes started looking down at me and I was seriously embarrassed like f'cking crazy. I was so relieved when she finished telling me what she had to say and I got the hell out of her office!
The annoyance:
All of my coworkers are doing Insanity, they are all within ear shot of me and all I kept hearing them talk about was how Insanity is the best workout they ever did, that there is no reason to go and waste time at a gym, how gyms makes you muscle bound and all they want to do is get "toned"!! I could do nothing but sit there and listen to this crap for almost 45 minutes I wanted to f'cking tell them all to shut the f'ck up.

lol at the junior high school boner. that happens to me sometimes when i ride the bike at the gym lol. in regards to your coworkers, if the gym made you muscle bound, they your coworkers would be full of muscle. are they mix of male/female?

BH--I take a 5 minute shuttle bus ride from my parking lot to the sky scraper my office is located in every morning. For some reason, at least once a week--the same problem arises (pun intended) at least a couple days for me during that ride. No idea why, but it's always awkward getting off the bus then into the elevator (I also wear khaki's daily). Maybe I should start taking the stairs

Insanity is a great workout and it will definitely get someone toned. Rather than disparage them I'd be glad my co-workers were interested in fitness.
