You need to drive your knees out more, and use your glutes. Warm them up doing sumo walks, monster walks, and good mornings with a band doubled over around your knees. 2x30 prior to squatting
If your sig is up to date, no you can't. I hit 625 in comp in August, and will be hitting 645-660 in comp in October.

what are you wearing in the video? wraps, sleeves, kind of belt, any compression gear?
Im at 620lbs for my max right now. Curious as to what got you to try the narrower stance, or is that just how you have always trained? I have wide stance, but I have a super strong groin/abductor/adductor muscles as well as wide strong hips to put it on. I still use only a high bar position though

Lifting large econo single prong belt, elitefts basic wrist wraps, Large SBDs, t-shirt, shorts, no underwear srs.
I have incredibly weak groin/adductor muscles, along with very very strong glutes/quads that compliment my close stance. I use more of a mid bar position as well. I used to squat wider, but it felt like such a broken and awkward movement, I started emulating Nera's form. It's been going up ever since, and I tend to think a lot of raw no wraps squatters are doing themselves a disservice by squatting so wide, and not utilizing the stretch reflex and the ability of the glutes to develop an insane amount of explosive power.
