How much more "cost effective" is it over 3 caps if you don't notice anything at 2 caps?
I personally do feel the difference with 80mg, but in your case, i'd say give 120mg a shot...

changemyoil had a similiar early non-response, but things turned for the better after a couple weeks dosing...but i understand your feeling disapointed (after reading lots of the feedback i would be too)...give it some more time

I'm also a fan of amentoflavone. I can't say I've noticed a huge, immediate increase in weight lifted with it, but I do feel that it helps me lift a bit more, which is really a great thing. The only dose I've tried is 90mg (2 caps of AmentoMax and 1 scoop of Dialate). Perhaps I'll give 130mg (3 caps and 1 scoop) a try and see if it's worth the extra cost (I have about 5.5 bottles of AmentoMax to play with right now).

u used dialatte with it, therefore your experience is invalid breh. /notsrs but srsly some might argue you need to assess effects differently to attribute any benefit.

I know what you are saying, but I don't see any reason that 2 caps of AmentoMax + 1 scoop of Dialate would be any less effective than just 2 caps of AmentoMax. Additionally, while Dialate is a great pump product, I don't see much besides the amentoflavone that'd have an effect on strength.
