What's up everyone?
I'm still alive (barely), but we've been pretty tied up since the birth of our little guy. As planned he was born on the 21st weighing 6lbs even.
A bunch of health issues and surgeries and such to take care of for him since he's been born though so we've been living in the children's hospital here in Calgary.
Making progress, and I'm pretending to workout when I have a spare few minutes just to keep my sanity up.
I'll be back to lifting and posting updates again in no time (I hope lol)iTraining Log - The long overdue comeback: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=171218951

It's great to hear form you and I hope all is well with mini Mosh despite all the travails. I know you've got great kids hospitals in Canada so I'm sure you're all in very good hands. I hope the job is going well and I'll look forward to following your training (and hopefully snow boarding) when you get back to it

Update
What's up everyone? Been back at the gym now solid for a week and I'm insanely sore. Feels good to be back though. Just running the Y3T program on here for now to get me back into things ... insane how much strength and conditioning I've lost over this year. Pretty embarrassing really.
Here's my "progress" picture to keep me going ... from when I was still going and in prep, to now. I really haven't lifted or dieted consistently at all this year, and this last three months living in the hospital my diet has gone straight to hell.
We're back at home now for a few more weeks until we get back to the hospital to tackle his heart surgery .. that got bumped ahead of his other surgeries to keep the anaesthetists happy (Andrew if you're still following along, the people in your profession are pretty fantastic ... you, I'm still not sure about )
Pretty gross how I've let myself go.
Late night legs for me tonight, I'll try to post it later!
And my son Cooper is 12 weeks old today ... here's the little monkey

Cooper's a redhead and bright as a button! It must have been a trial for all three of you but it's great that you're all home now
As for the extra weight ... just think of it as a dreamer bulk .. it won't take you long to regain strength and muscle and once you've done that the spare tyre will drop off. I'd say three months and you'll be back where you were
And btw ... all anaesthetists are awesome
Great to see you back Michael!"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Congrats again on the little guy, he's cute as hell!
Best wishes that everything goes smooth for the surgeries
Good to hear you're getting back to lifting- that's a good sign that real life is smoothing out! Hard to stay consistent with more important stuff happening.PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1
