Wow, just wow.
Ferguson Protest Leader: We Will Murder People if Darren Wilson Does not Face Criminal Charges
Ashley Yates, one of the leaders of the protests in Ferguson, where Michael Brown was shot and killed by officer Darren Wilson, has promised death if Wilson does not face criminal charges.
Yates angrily promised today that, “If they (the grand jury) can’t serve justice in this, the people have every right to go out and express their rage in a manner that is equal to what we have suffered (supposed murder).”
Yates fully believes that what their community has suffered is murder. And she promises death back.
She continued, “We’re going to take our anger out on the people who have failed us, and if they are prepared to deal with that, then let them have at it.”
Protesters believe that the people who have “failed them,” if the grand jury comes back without charges, would be the police, the jury members themselves, and prosecutors, among others. Practically anyone that Yates believes has failed the protesters is fair game for violence.
And tonight, the 9th of October, protesters are now burning American flags in the streets.
In this statement, you have a protest leader promising the death of innocent civilians and police officers if they don’t get what they want.
Two months ago, Michael Brown was shot and killed by officer Darren Wilson. Eyewitnesses have given conflicting testimony, with some who said that Mr. Brown was shot while running away being totally disproved by the autopsy. Still, much about the case is still unknown, and possibly may never be known.
With such a lack of knowledge, you might think public figures would be constrained, let alone promising the death of people. Ms. Yates is not one of those people.
Two months ago, Ms. Yates slammed Israel for their invasion of the Gaza Strip and said that Palestinians were her “family related by (spilt) blood.”

looks like i'll have to check into the quest and gatorade options. thanks.
guessing there's entire threads on this site somewhere, but any favorites stick out for cheapest large qty protein that mixes well, tastes decent, nothing that'll kill me in it, and max protein? just use a martini shaker at work for them, so can't make fancy blender shakes.
got some cinnamon swirl stuff at home that's not too good. had some stuff from a coworker that was supposed to be all natural, pure, etc. told him it tasted worse, mixed worse, less protein, and cost more, so not buying any more. now have some kind of choc moca flavored stuff that's pretty dang good.Axe, author of "No Limits - No Regrets"

what do you guys spend a day on food? in 2003 when i lived here in San Antonio, i'd eat eggs/hashbrowns/sausage/OJ for breakfast, PB&J snack at work, loser (lunchmeat) sandwich at lunch, piece of grilled meat and baked potato for dinner, and cost me $3/day to eat. at the time had a $730/month car payment, so had to.
fast forward to crack neighborhood, one egg/oatmeal in morning, 99 cent ravioli at lunch, if i was feeling rich a cup-o-soup at night.
now, hard for me to spend $3/day just for a protein bar or close to it. groceries are brutal if you make any effort to eat decent.Axe, author of "No Limits - No Regrets"

holy b@!!$ dude! my girlfriend went to culinary school and likes all the fancy foods, and we spend about that much together.
you buy all the fancy stuff where the chicken got to listen to mozart in a pasture before they beheaded it? only thing i buy organic is milk cuz i don't want the estrogen. other than that, can't justify triple cost on free range apples, etc.Axe, author of "No Limits - No Regrets"

A lot of it is just convenience. Whole Foods is the closest grocery store. It's not quite as much when I'm in a relationship, but being single + bulking = I'm spending a ton on food.
Some of it might be where I live. I'm on LI, and everything is expensive as fuk around here.*MFCi*

You go through the exact same process as a citizen would when it comes to purchasing a firearm. The only difference between you and a citizen is that you can't vote, run for political office and you can't leave the country for more than 6 months without losing your permanent residency status.
