Hi all,
My name is Ian and this is my diet plan. I would like to share it with you and if anyone can help or give suggestions I will be grateful.
7am: Brown sandwich with ham and cheese (no butter) + 1½ scoop pharma-whey protein shake
10am: Banana, 25g almonds and 25g walnuts (not salted)
1pm: 40g basmati rice and 1 large can of tuna
4pm: Chicken wrap (wrap approx. 55g and 100g chicken)
I go to the gym about 5.30pm-6pm
7pm (post work-out): Apple and 1½ scoop pharma-whey protein shake
9pm (last meal): 100g chicken and vegetables
Side-note: I drink about 2 litres of water everyday and about 3-4 cups of coffee.
I am trying to bulk but trying to also keep fat level low. Please correct me if I am eating less or something extra.
