    Chuck Taylor shoes for what type of squat ?

    Is it bad to do narrow high bar squat with chuck taylors ?
    or chuck taylor is only for wide stance squats.

    Yes.

    By using a specific kinda of shoe, depending on how your body is built, you can sometimes gain an advantage by using the shoe. But that shoe usually can't be used for deadlifting, and it gives you an advantage it's not that one is wrong or right.

    none.. theyre still quite squishy

    go shoeless or find another shoe that doesnt have a squishy sole

    get yourself some onitsuka tigers (asics). ive had my pair for a couple years now at least and there's almost zero compressibility




    or you could go with wrestling shoes, those are dope for lifting. i feel light as a feather in a good tight pair
