I have been considering running ara for 12-16 weeks.I would dose it at 4 times a week.Has anyone run ara for 12+ weeks? Bad idea? health risks?

I bought 2 stacks that equated to 2 Peak Beta + 2 XFA + 2 XFO.
Ran one bottle of XFA by itself @ 4 caps a day for the bottle (25 days). Right after that I went with 4 caps XFO + 2 caps XFA and will run it until I use up everything (so another 50 days). Almost done with the first bottle of XFO.Completed Logs & Reviews:
