I have been considering running ara for 12-16 weeks.I would dose it at 4 times a week.Has anyone run ara for 12+ weeks? Bad idea? health risks?

I'm sure plenty have ran it for a good amount of time. 4 times a week dosing will get you a little longer then 12 weeks.Originally Posted by grlight

We recommend 50 day cycles.
Many have gone longer, and logged their experience with no adverse effects. That said, we like to side with caution and you can feel free to cycle again after 50 days off. With 50 days on, 50 days off, repeat, you'll surely keep gaining year round!
