He's on a Native American dream quest.
Rumor has it that if you spend thirty days going catabolic inside an Planet Fitness gym, and then inhale some crystallised cell-tech, the ancestors will grant you the secret to a huge back and arms. We're dodging more ninjitsu attacks than Flex Wheeler. We're ducking more bullets than George Farah. We're facing more death than a kid leg pressing at Branch Warren's gym.
You can't stop us. You can't hold us back.
IFBB brahs über alles.

Considering the conditioning > everything decision for Branch(can't see any other possible explanation) and B-Pak brings some pretty solid conditioning he should have placed well.
BUT he hasn't paid his dues yet man, gotta pay those dues. You know if the dues aren't paid and than your physique is worse

I really think almost nothing out of Generation Iron was real. It's just some elements of pro's lifes blown out of all proportion: Kai's exaggerated poverty, Phil's exaggerated cockiness etc. Just LMFAO at training inside a lab with trainers having electrodes on you on your HEAVY SETS so you can gaugue the muscle activation.
The sad thing is that the bodybuildinig unawares will see this and actually belive that some bodybuilders train like this lol.

Its like Pumping Iron and how majority of it was just for entertainment purposes. I still enjoyed watching it even though. I honestly don't think Phil's cockiness was exaggerated. Even his post olympia victory interview was cocky. The way he looked like he was about to cry when Kai was talking smack to him, Phil's got a huge ego (even for bodybuilding standards).
But yeah the lab stuff was ridiculous and so was:
I died during that part lolIG: dontstressbenchpress
Will follow back

Says he's growing for the Arnold, but I can't see him placing well, especially with Centopani and Compton holding out for it. If he wants to compete in the O I think he go for a bunch of lower-tier shows. Ya, he's got dat gut and some other big weaknesses, but his conditioning tends to be good (and based on recent discussion here seems like numerous people think conditioning > all else) and those legs are freaky. I also believe he has a winning record over the past two years or so against guys who made it to the O on points this year like Smalls and JOJ.
He seems to be building a big following and I believe his workout program is doing well, so I wonder if he's starting the transition to focusing on that full time.
