Hello, I'm new to this forum. I have some basic questions regarding my calorie intake. I am currently 156# & 5'9" tall. I calculated my caloric intake to be in a deficit would be around 1700. This seems high to me. I am currently doing an Allpro 3 days a week full body workout. I also run about 3 miles 3 days a week and walk about a mile and a half about 5-6 with my dog. I seem to be stuck in the mid 150's for weight. Any suggestions on getting me to my goal of 135#. :-)
Thank you

I've been gradually losing weight since April. In April I was 163#. I have been consuming about 1300 calories a day since June. I used a generic calculator to get 1300 for a calculation. I've been doing the Allpro workout since the beginning of June, but the cardio workouts I've been doing for over a year (however I was not counting calories until June). After reading some of the articles on this forum, I figured my maintenance with one of the calculations provided. My TDEE was figured at 2170.

Take a diet break and then resume your cut at a reasonable deficit. Not an 800+ calorie deficit.
