The only "fat burner" with any amount of real evidence behind it is ephedrine + caffeine. It'll increase your TDEE by a couple hundred calories a day. Is that worth the money and side effects or are you better off going for a brisk walk or eating less? Depends I guess.
All of these other products are tossing in caffeine and some fairy dust type of ingredient that may or or may not have an appetite suppressing effect. None of them actually "burn fat".
Well, I'll reserve judgement on forskolin for now. There's some glimmer of hope there, but it's not much.

Fat burners are one of the most advertised supplements on the market and do seem to be brainwashing people into thinking they're necessary.
Above is correct, they're just caffeine with some green tea extract to suppress hunger and help you keep a deficit, if you're already comfortably eating at a deficit they're not going to help you get there much quicker and would be a waste of money.

They are a waste of money. they are just caffeine and green tea extract at a crazy high price or some other small ammount put into a pill to make you think you will magically loose weight on them. Diet is everything probably 80%-90% of your results is from what you do in the kitchen. try the HD 4 week ab diet and you will see how fast you can loose BF and weight without having to sacrifice anything and saving yourself lots of money.
dont spend it on gimmicks, spend that cash on healthy food.

no they are not... It all boils down to calorie deficit, and exercise. My couzin gave my a fat burner, read it, it contains caffeins, tea extract, root extract, and hatever scientific names for plant extracts. It is just an appetite suppressant.
Not to reverse the question, and this is for all, are there "necessary" supplements forma cut aside from fish oil? Provided the person strictly follows the caloric deficit diet.
