I'm planning on slowly bulking until I get to:
Front squat: 205-->245
Clean: 185-->225
Chins: bw + 40x3--> bw + 45x5
Db bench: 65sx3 --> 70s x5
And I figure to get there by about the start of December.I'll be working on speed and power for baseball also. Anyways, by that time, I figure to be around 180, 14ish % body fat. Is it feasible that I could cut some weight ( to about 170ish, 10% bf) in the 6 weeks leading up to the season without sacrificing the power I've developed? I'm not so much concerned about the lifts themselves as the athletic attributes I developed, and the distance I put on my drives. Thank you

So I'm back, lol.been on maintenance calories for awhile now due to baseball, still making solid strength gains though. Currently 177ish, about 13% bf. Got the front squat to 240, clean to 210 (haven't been able to do either in about a month due to a sprained ankle), and reached my upper body goals. But yes, I still want to cut for mostly aesthetic reasons. I would just prefer to get to 10-11% bodyfat, so I can permanently slow bulk from there without worrying about bodyfat again. Does anybody have any tips on how to do so while still gaining strength? Thank you

I think it can be very easy to cut weight an maintain power going into the season. The biggest thing would be change your diet, eat more protein and make sure to reduce calorie intake o mornings and after lifts. This way you can still get your lifts in and recover, yet reduce your overall carb intake.
Also why are you planning on peaking for the start of the season? With my athletes we peak 1-2 times during these season for important tournaments or playoffs."We must get strong before we get exotic"
