I can only workout on tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. Is it possible to gain mass working out on tuesday and thursday, or just working out on one of these days?
My goal is to gain mass, I used to workout four times a week, but now due to limited time I can't resume my previous program.
If you guys can recommend me a workout program that would be awesome.

Another thing to remember is smaller muscle groups recover more quickly than your larger muscle groups, so while you'd definitely want to schedule a rest day in between squats, it should be alright to train smaller muscle groups like your abs and calves every day because they can often recover in 24 hours instead of longer.
