    Can you gain mass by working out once or twice a week?

    I can only workout on tuesday, wednesday, and thursday. Is it possible to gain mass working out on tuesday and thursday, or just working out on one of these days?
    My goal is to gain mass, I used to workout four times a week, but now due to limited time I can't resume my previous program.
    If you guys can recommend me a workout program that would be awesome.

    bump it to 3 days and do a fullbody workout in stickies . 1-2 times a week you wont get any impressive results but if thats all you can do , then its better than nothing. just dont eat on huge surplus if you are not gonna train much

    no, be sure to leave a rest day in between workouts.

    do what you can do , but its really not that hard to spend 1 hour in the gym anyday, its all about your priorities

    Another thing to remember is smaller muscle groups recover more quickly than your larger muscle groups, so while you'd definitely want to schedule a rest day in between squats, it should be alright to train smaller muscle groups like your abs and calves every day because they can often recover in 24 hours instead of longer.
