Came home Saturday to find a pkg from SAN lying at my front door. Anytime a pkg from SAN comes in, I tend to get pretty excited as I know there were always be goodies in there....of course, this time was no different.
Check it:
As soon as I emptied the box, my wife grabbed the rawfusion bars and stashed them away for her to take with her to work! Had to round them back up for the picture but promised she could have a few for work. These were almond berry flavored. I just finished trying one a few minutes ago. Actually pretty tasty for a vegan, plant based protein bar. Don't see these for sale in the bb.com store though. Hoping when they are available, that banana nut will also be available as I'm sure that flavor will be killer.
The taste of the Almond Berry isn't overly sweet...somewhat mild, but no funky aftertaste like whey protein bars can have. I look forward to popping one of these in the microwave for a few minutes to see how it tastes warm. Pretty happy with the almond berry flavor. Wife is starting to become a big lover as well due to being concerned about things like GMO, artificial colors, flavors, etc. I really like the direction SAN goes with many of their products. Very stand up company.
Will try the other samples soon and update this thread
Thanks again to Poison and SAN! You guys are incredibly generous. Many big companies are very generous with their products...but the products aren't very effective, don't taste good, overhyped, etc. SAN makes good products AND is very generous in letting people try them. You guys will continue to get lots of my $$$ when I order supps as my SAN "to buy" list continues to grow
