Conditioning has nothing to do with Phil win, its about politics. Phil wasnt better condition then Kai. In the prejudging Kai was better condition then Phil, in the finals was kinda equal.
If we talk about 2013 then yes Phil was better condition then Kai for sure, this year whole different story.
