And anyone who thinks Phil has better shape/aesthetics then kai is just a blind idiot. Literally that is the worst argument you could use for yourself. Not one pic from the olympia shows Phil looking more aesthetic or with better shape then Kai...

The funny thing is, people constantly say this is a SUBJECTIVE SPORT, they try to really drive that point home to defend their opinion. but really, the only subjective thing is who you prefer aesthetically. Everything else is pretty cut and dry. Conditioning, proportions, symmetry, muscularity. All objective. You can't tell me phil won for the single subjective area. Aesthetics is a preference to what you find more appealing. At least that's my interpretation of it.

It was the worst because at least when Ronnie had questionable gut some years he was like freaky 280+ on stage and still with striations. When a guy is 240 with narrow frame/clavicles and has a gut like a bullfrog it looks 10X worse than someone even like Roelly this year, it just stands out so much. So aesthetically speaking, Phil looked like chit with that alien growing in his belly this year. Kai was more aesthetic, along with conditioned not to mention bigger.

Haha good point on roelly. He had a disgusting gut this year but it sort of fit the rest of his physique lol. He went full on freak this year, if he can eliminate the gut and bring a tighter package that wont be something to mess with (assuming he practices posing and fixes that fdb). I thought he looked great minus the gut, altho obviously not deserving of a high placing.

Worst decision (fix) since 07, This goes beyond Phil winning when he shouldn`t have, Branch placed 6th ( I don`t care how ripped he was Paco Bautista used to come in shredded too, that never got him higher than 15th with that structure), and the kicker was that Phil won with a PERFECT SCORE........and of course the stream and disgustingly biased commentary.
