Fapping is bad I don't care what anyone says, it is bad for MY body. Things I get when I fap:
-Pimples on my face
-Pimples on my scalp which causes my head to itch
-Low sex drive the day after fapping
-Low energy
-Bad smell unless shower right after fapping
-And it just makes me feel weak in general. I feel much more energetic when I don't fap. Man when I don't fap for 3 days I will be so pushy towards girls. I feel more normal when I don't fap.

Since September school started I tried to stop but I fail once. Now I'm on a 2 week streak and it is crazy.

I'll tell you how to stop. You have to have a routine everyday. It all comes down to obedience. For me, I changed my ways since school started back. I got a job, fixed my sleeping schedule, I now go to bed no later than 12:00 mid night and wake up around 8AM. Go to school for 10AM. Go to work at 2PM, come home, do homework, study, relax, play some games, and then go to bed and repeat again. Now I'm spending time with cousins and friends, interacting with people more, etc. I feel like my teens again. When I use to fap everything was bad especially my schedule. So yeah my advice, fix your schedule and stop watching porn. Also stay away from sexual images.

The only way I failed at no fap is when I find myself looking at images on the internet and porn. Like those big booty pics on the misc is enough to set me off after a 3 day no fap but now I learn to deal with it. Start playing games or something too man like FIFA 15 bout to come out next week, bout to play that **** and just enjoy my freetime.
