Kai overall looked pretty good. Held a bit of water when he first came out and seemed to tighten up as he went along. Phil looked pretty off from start to finish, even if when he first came out I felt he was in a little better shape than Kai, that quickly changed around as things went on. Kai isn't going to win this year though. If he looked at the beginning of prejudging like he did at the end, maybe. As it is, they are going to give Phil straight 1st an make a lot of people angry. Only hope Kai has is that Phil still comes in off tonight and Kai sharpens up even more. If that happens, at least the judges will have to be on notice for next year to really give Kai a fair shot if he comes in better than Phil again.

Larry Pepe's commentary was dreadful. He was extremely biased towards Phil and basically said that he's already won it, and it didn't seem like he was accounting for IFBB politics when saying that.

Agree about the MM. I don't see why he would think that's a good way to hit.

Didn't seem real flat too me. Maybe a bit since his delts and chest werent' popping as much as usual though. Legs and arms looked huge and waist was tight. If anything he needed to be a bit dryer though, that's what I'd like to see from him. Phil wasn't exactly large and in charge a really dry conditioned Kai could really expose Phil if Phil comes in like prejudging again tonight. He just needs to make small tweaks in the right directions really, by the end of prejudging Kai was 90% or better anyways.

Im Ramy fan but did i say he deserve to win or even to be in top 4? He was way off, so i just admit it, no matter im hes fan.
Phil is not at his 97%, Phil is way off, and Kai is close to his best and its LARGER, WIDER AND better Conditioned then Phil, this is the facts - PERIOD !!!

And also idk wtf he is doing with his ab thigh. He hits some weird bicep shot before doing a proper ab thigh. Looks good once he hits it correctly but looks dreadful when he's hitting his weird pose that he appears to have invented.

Maybe he's just trying to incorporate as many bicep shots as possible because his arms are looking insane. He's beating Phil's arms, which is an insane accomplishment.

In terms of if you measured each of their arms...Kai mightve won a little bit. But Phil's arms had some more fullness and detail.

But my point is that Phil is known for his amazing arms, and it was at least a close contest in the arms in years prior. Whereas this year, Kai's arms appear to beat Phil's without question.

I dont see how would be even close. Its clear that Kai was wider, bigger and better condition at all. At the mandatory Kai was little off, but Phil was even worst and hes not improve even a bit, but Kai gets better and better and dominate in all pose and the 2 callsout.

Glenn Gould, go watch Phil butt in almost every pose ... Kai have slight problem in only 1 pose, this year Phil have it in all poses ....
And for Kai SC, thats why i always say video is better, you can clearly seen on the video(i watched it live) how Kai tighten his belly when he hit that pose. If you not know what im talkin about, let me give you video and see how Kai tighten hes belly.

This is a pose Kai could win. But the way he hits the side chest, makes his legs look longer and his butt bigger. This does not compare favourably against Phil. Notice how Phil's butt doesn't stand out, and legs do not appear too short or too long. Overall impression is Kai's structure is just ugly compared to Phil.
