hey, everyone.
i'm gathering a lot more data this round. don't worry. i'm leaving the spreadsheet listed in alphabetical order. that way it will run on autopilot with some tiny exceptions... because i'm participating i wanted to make it interesting for me also, and weights aren't required for spreadsheet participation this time... i wanted to give people a variety of other stats to input. they can submit as much or as little info as they like each week.
here's a link to the second page in our spreadsheet. that's where everyone's weigh-in form responses are stored:
http://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/c...sharing#gid=28
as a visitor you an sort the data in a variety of ways yourself when you view it like this. here it's sorted in ascending order by height because i clicked on height once:
http://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/l...owsperpage=250
sorted by average daily cals:

Well whoever that is, it doesn't look like she squats all that heavy either given the circumference of her thighs. But it does look like she blow-dries and styles, applies makeup, and strategically gets a fake hooter just about ready to fall out when she squats.
Not that I would't hit it like LAWS rocket. Two or three times.
But that's not saying a whole lot.Way more Xtreme Fitbitter than MissLadyJ or kureransu

Repper, you repped Amanda's legs, not my 128.5 nor my spreadsheet? ... i mentioned palm trees to you. there are also lots of drunk wrong-way drivers in Moore Country. i don't get the news stations based in Orlando. only Tampa.
Amanda Latona. chekit
all of that sounds about right. she competes and she's a big-time fitness model. remember my swamp ass? the video i posted was of her. i've never seen her take a bad pic... i remember liking her personality - she's made several exercise videos
nice. writing more, hold on...
the gym here is near an outdoor pool so that's been a big motivator for me recently - looking good in a bathing suit, and i look out on that pool every time i get on the treadmill. i hadn't seriously considered adding swimming to my routine until now.
there's a place near here that's supposed to have an amazing selection of pancakes. it's in Celebration, FL, a city designed by Disney. i'll go there soon and post pics, just for you guys.Last edited by caprica6; 03-03-2015 at 04:02 PM.

Emm I love pancakes. I tried peanut butter chips and chocolate chips with bananna slices in some pancakes and man was that good. I want to try the peanut butter chips and chocolate chips in oatmeal next.

MC Step Master B is pretty sure that when it comes down to the wire, ur Fitbit will "break" again.
He knows that that you lack the dedication required to put in that kind of legwork.
He knows that the highest level of Fitbitting is not like needlepoint or mmorpg's or photography practice.
He knows that it's more than simply top-tier genetics and raw talent, that it's also smart training and sweat.
Lots of sweat.Way more Xtreme Fitbitter than MissLadyJ or kureransu

Alright I’m back people. After getting the flu (yes I got my shot this season too) and who knows what else, I think I can actually workout tonight.
Still debating whether or not to go to the gym and put up with distasteful stares when I get my post-viral cough spurred or if I should just stay at home and workout there (full gym there too.)Reliable sources of information:

My sentiments exactly. And she seems a bit forward for squatting right? Her form is a bit off.
In other news, I'm sitting here and something is going on with my CNS. Splitting headache and trembling all over my body. Not ill and have eaten. What's going on here...
Also making gains due to increased calorie intake. PR @ 105 lb bench.

thanks for the reminder, MuzzieChik!
congrats, GravyVeins!
also, i'm sure that pic was from a photo shoot, lol. it's probably really hard to maintain a squat while they set up all the lighting and take their time taking the pic. plus she has top-tier facial aesthetics so they're prolly more concerned about the glamour shot aspect.
(i'm not interested in becoming a hard body myself. just posting to show more of her more of her thighs and whatnots.)

that's my story and i'm sticking to it!
until i revise it
...
i’m pretty upset with myself today. i just learned that i had certain health coverages all last year that i should have taken advantage of.
and last night, b/c i didn’t know their exact itinerary, i waited in a Panera and later in a parking lot outside a bar near the airport from 6pm until midnight for my parents. they’re returning from a trip to India and they arrive today. i was given a verbal description of their itinerary and i hadn’t written it down, plus i was told incorrectly that they would be arriving on the 4th... i should have written everything down and i should have told them to email their itinerary to me.
i didn’t want my brother to know how irresponsible i was so i didn’t call him. i should have called him as soon as I realized i was totally in the dark... instead i called him late last night from that parking lot like a dumb*ss. they had emailed the itinerary to him.

I got my pancake mix and bananas as well as Giant supermarket brand chocolate chips and butter scotch chips since they were cheaper and it gives me a chance to try a new combo as well for breakfast tomorrow.
I made baked sweet potato fries yesterday as well with a cup of fairlife whole milk (grass fed) which has 13 grams of protein per cup (150 calories) with extra calcium. Its been probably 15 years since i drank whole milk and man does it taste good.
"The product is branded Fairlife and is a joint venture between Coca Cola and a husband-and-wife entrepreneurial team and dairy farm collective.
3. According to Fairlife, their beverage is much better than milk. It has 50% more protein, and 30% more calcium compared to whole milk.
4. Fairlife also boasts half the sugar (lactose) of regular milk.
5. A special “soft filtration” system was developed to separate the milk into 5 components – water, protein, fat, lactose, and nutrients. The components are then recombined in different proportions. That’s how the end-product can be higher in protein compared to regular milk."Last edited by stingray72; 03-05-2015 at 01:28 PM.
