dont order from them
i made an order to one building, two different people.... (in the same floor)
they sent both orders to one person, and lost one note, and gave the note to the wrong person as well.
yeah thats definitely a concussion my brother had 2 concussions in football.
two more than i. but he was a much better football player than me.
stay safe

I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

ikwym, I used my aunts and had to use 2 pods to make a cup. So that was what like $2.50? I guess they have a little refill pod you can put coffee in, but really at that point.....

Thanks man. It sucks. They think the headaches are mostly due to me injuring the right anterior scalene. None of the meds are helping.
With that said, we went to Midevil times today. It was an interesting experience. The food was surprisingly excellent. We were supposed to go yesterday but some snow and not wanting to deal with it plus the freezing cold so we went today.

yay, Barb! did you get the Garth tickets at face value?
MrM27, i'm cringing at the thought of how hard your head must have hit the pavement. how are you feeling today?
Ejnar, i'm glad you're ok.
are you satisfied with the way your insurance handled things?
x2, including this look somewhere in that spectrum. charlie sweets (maybe too early in the day for this.[PIC])
Spoiler!
and what were their names...
carol seleme and (...). erg, it'll come to me.
actually, i'm in the thick with muscle crew right now but it's not that pretty atm. a bf would be ok with my look right now. not the public.

Serpentarius, you once posted a pic of your dog looking massive with his paws up on a computer desk. silly me. i actually thought that was your dog... someone posted that pic in the misc the other day. i suppose the pic was shopped also.
old stuffs
so weird! ask her to spot you?
you and your man devastate without even tryin
i guess she thinks she looks good. must be hoping to be immortalized in a couples gym meme.
gotcha. well, you know how you rate with us.
sounded so good. my mom made prune cake a few times. doesn't sound so appetizing, maybe, but it really was. she got the recipe from the Pioneer Woman cooking show that's on the Food Network over here. i think GravyVeins might have said that his wife was a fan of the show also.
the woman i stayed with made super high cal versions of those - dipped them in a spicy chickpea flour batter and deep fried them. she used soft dinner rolls for the bread and we'd eat them with a bit of sriracha or mustard... the first day she added her usual quarter stick of butter to each sandwich but she saw me scraping the butter off and leaving some buns behind. on another day she cut up hot dogs and fried them, added dashes of American spice blends... tasted really good, like the gourmet sausages that appear at mall kiosks during the holidays. but yeah, i usually eat egg whites and egg white veggie scrambles for breakfast, lol.
im forever in her debt but im so glad to be in control of my diet once again. she asked me how i lost weight so i was direct with her/told her where she should could back - a lil here and a lil there and she followed my instructions.
sorry to hear about your sister's cake. lol!
can confirm. hnnggable
i didn't know anything about her until Barbrox mentioned her way back.
my flight connected through Atlanta so of course most employees were African American. a custodial woman with that shape and size was walking in front of me and i could see the reactions of black men as we passed. they were totally digging it. i wanted to wrap my arms around her bottom also
i turned to check her out after i passed her and she had below average facial aesthetics. (apologies to her - kind of important for the anecdote). her size and shape, confident swish in her hips and loud mmm-hhmmms to her friend generated a lot of interest, tho.start where you are

Happy Valentine’s Day, All!
i didn’t have a Valentine but i got some nice compliments from some guys that i met on my flights, someone out here said he'd be my Valentine, plus i escaped armageddon in Boston and am looking at a palm tree atm, so life is is good.
i picked up some weights for at-home use since the gym here has limited hours. love this feeling, this awareness of the muscles through my arms, abs, back and legs even after the briefest of workouts with light weight.
eta: i think too many of my minor muscles get neglected when i'm in the gym, but of course that's my own fault. with these lighter weights at home i employ a greater range of fluid full body movements. twisting at the torso while throwing slow karate punches, etc.start where you are

Need pics to validate "thick with muscle crew" statement.
Nope, how do I rate ?
I made a chocolate cake as well, turned out awesome. The batter turned out great, especially the beaten whole eggs+sugar (what the hell is that called in english ? Closest I found was eggs+sugar beaten to ribbon ?)
So it turned out even bigger/fluffier than usual.[/quote]My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Thanks Ejnar. He is incredibly smart. Am impressed with him, picks up everything easily and has been fully trained since 6 months old. I love big dogs...too fun to play with! I don't mind when he throws his big self all over me either, it's like having a 90lbs teddy bear haha
JC...
this!
Thank you! I am just using the kit lens mostly (18mm-55mm VR Nikkor) and then bought another for only $100ish, 70mm-200mm (VR Nikkor). Figure that will give me enough zoom to play around and learn how to use this thing better before really spending money on a lens.
Congrats on the free laptop!

Thanks for asking Cap. My head is still hurting today. It's kind of bad today and Saturday night it was brutal. They are thinking that the pain really is more from the injury to the anterior scalene and not so much the impact on the floor with my head.
Thanks buddy. I appreciate it.
I am officially out on workers comp and disability. I am going to allow for a full recovery which might be close to 12 weeks. I can't train for at least another week then I can go at about 50% weight. The doctor says he understands how important my training is to me so he is going to set me up with rehab and keeping my conditioning up as they would at an athlete level.
This whole thing has really been a blow to me mentally. From a work horse to a blah.

Yea workers comp will pay 3/4, disability pays 1/2. So I'm making more than if I was working.
In the mean time I am going to get more involved in my father's business. He is out of the country for a few more days and I have been heading a remodel of an apartment and I got another one I closed a deal on to start in March that will be 6 weeks.
I'm probably going to contemplate some life decisions during this time to see if I'm finally just going to set myself up to take over this small business in the future. Who knows.

They say everything happens for a reason!
I actually thought about you, and how I need to get the garmin vivofit so I can add you on fitbit and make you delete your sig in shame
Wow, must have been incredible growing up there! I'm assuming you went to the highschool? Must be nice to go to a school like that, looked more like a college. Was 'mirin the football field.
I do confess that taking pics was a strong secondary reason for the hike lol. As for cardio, seems I don't mind it in the least if it involves either waterfalls or incredible views.
Wta has been keeping tiger well maintained...didn't see trash even once.
You up to any hiking these days?

Oh yeah. I like that one too. I see now what you're talking about. I did those things, but the stats for the Tracks are completely wrong if you look at the details. It seems like it pauses itself, so it doesn't capture the entire distance, and then multiplies the elevation gain by some factor, so it's inflated. I haven't been able to rely on it like I used to.
