Hullo. What's happening folks?
I've got a problem with overeating lately. My work is increasingly stressful and I find myself snacking throughout the day (normally I'm not a snacker).
Anyone else have an overeating issue? Usually drinking lots of water helps with this, but lately, I'm leaning towards food and disregarding the water.
I'm gonna get fat.

Thanks Ejnar! ...Interesting. the skirt makes it look like I have that leg shape all the way up but they get fuller.
Can you take it to regmisc? (Notsrs) They're always talking about chitty Indgenetics
I'm doing some stress snacking right now, Muzziechik. Not as bad as it was in the past, tho.

My original post got deleted when I accidentally went 'back' in the browser... had quoted you saying I have to agree with Ejnar, them legs look great and have a nice shape! You always have some kind of cute dress / skirt on <3
And yep, that's one of my crazy boys in the background.
Oh, I meant to ask, pls tell the story behind how you discovered your stalker is tone deaf lol.

OKAY EVERYONE!
STARTING TOMORROW - we're all going back on our regularly scheduled diets. No more messing around! If you cheat, know that I'm cheating too because of you and it's all your fault. So stay honest!
Gaaah! Stahp.
Capsicum's legs > Ejnar's legs.
I might change my vote if Ejnar wore a cute dress and curtsied like that too though. Sorry Cap!Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

LOL thank you for the compliments that's a $10 tennis skirt! I'm dictating this into Siri and I can't see your post right now. Gah I hate typing so much. i wonder if there's something I can use to dictate into my laptop.
Anyway yeah so the guy from the other night first saw me when I was out using the Wi-Fi at one of those swanky McDs. I had my headphones on and he was calling out to me repeatedly - hello hello or something I'm not sure, exactly and he was being really loud and finally I turned when I realized he was addressing me. I took off my headphones and he acted like, oh I don't know, like I was the rude one. I said a stern, unsmiling hello back, put my headphones back on and looked back at my screen. About ten minutes later he says, "Excuse me would you mind if I joined you?" The whole place was almost empty at that point and it was quite late. No mixed signals, no smiles, I said, " yes, I would mind." Luckily he complied with my wishes.
When he saw me again he asked repeatedly if I recognized him from that night - i asked if I could sit next to you. The way I read the situation that first night, I felt like I would entice himf I looked at him a second too long so I didn't get a really good look at him. I worried that he'd think we were connecting, or something, so I still don't have a clear idea of what he looks like and I might see him again since it seems like he's from this area. It was weird. He had this look on his face like he was speaking to a disobedient child.
I might need to vent to you about some personal stuff. If I can I'll do that via pm later.
Not bad, not bad. Half of this was posted via Siri but I had to go back in and add punctuation.
Ah! I just did the same thing and deleted my post. Thank goodness it was in my cache.start where you are

Starting tomorrow ? Pfft I've been on my cutting diet since I got back from Poland. Dunno what you slackers are doing though.
In on mirrin Cap's legs club.
Been slacking on pics, but some from the start of March. But it's biceps n stuff, ignore the cheesy tank (Rita got that for me).
Btw MLJ, don't remember if I called you out on it or not, but I hate you for pointing out the arms touching lats thing. Incredibly self conscious about that now and it's annoying!My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

Going way better than expected, my waist has shrunk rapidly gone down to the second last hole on the lifting belt. Still got mah lovehandles though as they seem to have taken the biggest impact on the latest bulk.
Fat distribution on this bulk has actually been different from the other ones, gained way more lower-midsection fat and "deeper" subcutaneous and visceral fat than before. Top layer has been fairly lean all the way throughout the bulk.
But hey not gonna complain, bicep veins are back (few new ones too), lower abdomen veins, quad and glute veins etc. not "popping" yet but pretty visible.
Figure 2-3 more weeks and then ill have to start making the deficit smaller to avoid strength/muscle loss.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

You asked for it... wall'o'pictures coming up.
View across chain bridge to Buda, taken from the funicular railway on the Pest side and ruined by the stupid tree in the foreground.
Inside Szimpla, a bar that opened up in a building that is pretty much a ruin. It hasn't been fixed up, just decorated with random stuff, people are also encouraged to put whatever they like on the walls, including writing.
The view down the Danube from near Liberty Statue at the top of Gellért Hill. At the bottom of the hill is the Gellért Hotel, from which the makers of The Grand Budapest Hotel took inspiration.
Inside Cafe New York, it's on the bottom floor of a hotel and incredibly grand inside, it was opened in the late 1800s and is largely unchanged.
One of the many bath houses there, one of few where don't segregate genders though
View of Parliament at night from on the river.

Part 2.
Shoes on the Danube. This is a monument to the Jews that were killed there by the Arrow Cross Party (basically the Hungarian Nazi Party). They were taken out to the river, ordered to take off their shoes and face the water before they shot them and let the river wash the bodies away. Oh and you can see the Royal Palace in the background.
Some street are there, this one dedicated to Mr Rubik, inventor of the Rubik's Cube. There are lots of pieces there, you can actually see the edge of another one at the left side of this picture, but that one is about when Hungary beat England 6-3 at football, so we'll just ignore it.
Inside the huge indoor market.
Some Gelato from a shop near St. Stephen's Basilica, the rose look is pretty impressive, but I was more impressed by the taste. Definitely some of the best gelato I've ever had.
St. Stephen's Basilica itself. Pointless fact, this building and parliament were built to be the same height to show that spiritual and worldly thinking are equal, and no new building is allowed to be built taller than them.
Entirely unrelated to Budapest, I took my bike for a ride to Horseshoe Pass (Wales) a few days ago, nothing to rival Nordic Fjords but the views aren't bad at all.

Mines been tooled last 2 weeks, well cant say that really vacation was good and I did not eat like a fool at any point. But it is time to get more aggressive and finish. So I'm in.
The are blown up right now after 2 days of setting pavers, tons of carbs, milk, V-8, water and bananas. Ex-fattie technology at work.

Awesome pics Mat, Budapest looks really nice gotta visit that place sometime.
Arms are actually smaller than my last bulk, but I gained less fat on them this bulk I think so probably gained more mass and less fat so they look bigger.
Was the Znik smile ever present ?

Went to watch some people do tricks in Crossfit. My gym placed 10th in the region.
Shush. =(
Beer is cheating too. Chocolate>Beer (yuck).
I hit 15% back in February when I did the test. Now I'm probably 18% or so. I plan to get back down to 15% or lower by my bday in mid-June. =)
You did pavers too this weekend?! I did too. They're not complete yet, but I'll take a pic once I'm done. It's quite the task for a single girl like me. They won't be perfect, but they'll be done by me, myself and I.
I got the ground ready and covered in weed block this weekend. Placed a few pavers to hold everything down. I'm going to spend this week laying down a few at a time as time allows in the evenings.
Ps: I'm back on with the mindful eating habits.
Made avocado deviled eggs this morning.
Matman - that's gelato pic! How pretty! All the others are pretty nice too.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

About 110 folks. The placement is a compilation of many competitions. Thus far we're at 10th place. We've got some strong people in our gym.
Btw, my sister told me to steam the lamb leg instead of roasting it in the oven. How was the one you had cooked? Roasted? I'm thinking of tackling that cooking project next weekend.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

Guess we sort of do a mix of both, lamb leg in a oven tray with water, slow roasting at low heat.
Typically what we do is make small cuts(pockets) in the leg and fill those with garlic and rosemary. Rub the whole thing with salt and pepper.
Place it in a oven tray with water, approx 1 liter (or a melted butter/water mix if calories aint a issue) carrots, onion, celery. I like to coat the leg from time to time with the liquid while it's cooking, but most people don't.
The leftover liquid is awesome to use for the sauce, we usually serve lamb leg with red wine sauce.My story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:
