Spending endless amount of time training and eating clean while getting no where?  Want to make heads turn as you walk by and complete strangers admire your beautiful physique?  Want to finally get rid of that pesky fat pad that is preventing you from having a close bond with your special lady?  If the answer to those questions are "Yes", well you're in luck, because today I reveal the secret that the health and fitness industry refuses to share.

The solution to your problem................sugar.  You need more sugar in your diet.  But not just any kind.  It must been fried, baked or frozen in order for the chemical compounds to be to realeased and convert you into a fat burning machine you've always desired to be.  Stop skipping dessert and start eating it any time of day.  Cookies for breakfast?  Yes please.  Cake at lunch?  Sure why not.  Ice cream after dinner?  Pass me the container, extra large spoon and my bib please.
How do you expect to reach you goals when you don't have the sugar necessary that's needed to help metabolize the proteins? Come on bro, do you even real science? Well, do you?

The Rock is 90% atmosphere, but the pizza is really nothing to write home about. Was just there the other night. Meh.org. But if you don't love Ivar's fish and chips, that's pretty messed up.

I can't comment on the atmosphere. I like doing a lot of things by myself, but eating alone in a restaurant is not one of them.

The Rock's meaty pizza is really good! The mozzbread not so much. Ivar's is okay. I'd rather have the clam chowder though than the fish n chips.

been playing tennis lately every since some sloot beat me. i never played it before. but its a good game. everybody plays it from old people, to celebrities and other athlete superstars. jerry seinfield played it too.

played my brother he was so much better than me, i won, but it was my fourth time, it was his first.

yup i play, it was the port i chose to help me lose weight back in 2007. cheap and a good workout. back then thirty min would put me in time out. These days i have 3-4 hour matches.

Dude I sweat like crazy. I find it more destructive than long distance running though, but still using it as my prefer method of cardio
really need to find a place with soft floor though, forgot what its called... Think its the same thing they use in tracks.
