i decided to train my obese friend a while back since i started lifting again. i had to drop him. i always give people two misses before i drop them. this guy, he missed 6 times in 3 weeks... he was a good friend of mine hence why i gave him so many chances. but i guess thats that.

I never drank when I drove it cause I'd have 5+ drunk people in it hanging their bare asses out the side while we drove down the strip.

My dad had a bronze metal flake dodge maxivan, his conversion was to throw a few old chairs in the back of it. It was huge though, great for camping. We had a big plastic Coleman canoe. Used to go up to the Russian river a lot. Good times.

Today is a sad day at work. Today I found out that one of my co workers, who is one of the owner's brother, has days to live after an ongoing battle with cancer. He had been working fro home because of chemo, but I didn't realize he took a turn for the worst a couple weeks ago.

That said. there are 5 artist here (8 employees total). One is on vacation, one is fighting for his life, and the other is by his side. SO that leaves just 2 of us here. I'm hoping we stay fairly slow so that everyone can take care of the more important matters of life while the 2 of us hold the fort down. Still sucks though..

oh. everyone loved the ramen. I did use the 20 cent ramen packs (just the noodles), because the amount you get for what you pay ant the asian store was just too much. This was a simple solotion. I wish i could have found a smaller batch of miso paste, now i'm stuck with this huge pack that i only used 2 tablespoons for. Oh well it was might good.

Funny thing happened to me this weekend. I've got a couple marks on my neck. One I burned myself curling my hair for a party, another is from power cleans. They look like love bites. Nobody is aware of my personal life, I just don't answer the questions, so my relationship status is private.

Anyways, so I walk into this majority male party and I get funny looks throughout the night.

I wonder what they're thinking? Do they think I'm a ... sloot (ugh)?

No cancer diagnosis yet. It’s definitely a gland issue though and thank goodness not my lymphnodes. She couldn’t feel a stone, but she said one would not be palpable if it’s too deep inside. So, first step was the dilation. I wish there was a mirror like in a dentist’s office, so I could watch her. I need to wait a week to see if the swelling will go away. If it doesn't, I go back for a CT scan.

What's your experience with Beta? Based on the Examine.com info, I tossed it into the "not really useful" category. I enjoy the tingles, since I associate it with working out - but beyond that, I don't go out of my way to make sure my PWO has it.

Haven't noticed anything, which is why I am trying again. Read that it can help reduce lactic acid build up so going to test that out.
