MrM, Amber is a smart chick. That's a cool surprise. Anything left? Haha

Pun intended I'm sure. Very good, very good, CSB. Did your buddy's filipina wife help you with the lumpia part? Ever had it? It's delicious. You should try it some time. It's vegetarian, so no mammal flesh to worry about.
I was reading Confucius today while I was eating my rice.
I found a passage that was very apropos. Confucius say:
Wise is the man(let) who does not antagonize the tiny tyrant who owns a multitude of items with sharp pointy things. You're gonna get poked.

i decided to train my obese friend a while back since i started lifting again. i had to drop him. i always give people two misses before i drop them. this guy, he missed 6 times in 3 weeks... he was a good friend of mine hence why i gave him so many chances. but i guess thats that.
I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

My dad had a bronze metal flake dodge maxivan, his conversion was to throw a few old chairs in the back of it. It was huge though, great for camping. We had a big plastic Coleman canoe. Used to go up to the Russian river a lot. Good times.

I've been looking for a shopping cart gif, cant find one suitable. Evidently these things are pretty risky though.

I have learned the hard way that it is best to NEVER do business with friends or family.
Awww man!
Hi Krete! All's well here on the other side of the country. And damn, I feel like a legit LF Chat All-Star being included in the short list.
Sorry CSB.

Hi Guys! Hope weekend was well.
I baked for crossfitters this weekend.
White Fudge (plain)
White Fudge with peanut butter swirls
Red velvet crackle cookies
Caramel filled brownies
I took the pic after half the tray was already gone. I've never gotten so many compliments on my sweets as I did this weekend. Feels nice.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

Nah, I just thought it was a cool photo and have nothing really to contribute to this thread, haha. I think I saw it first years ago in a Transworld skate magazine and just found it again.
Muzzie that fudge looks awesome. Ate all of my lunch by 11:00 am so the food pr0n should help with powering through until dinner.7/09/14 - 250 lbs

Today is a sad day at work. Today I found out that one of my co workers, who is one of the owner's brother, has days to live after an ongoing battle with cancer. He had been working fro home because of chemo, but I didn't realize he took a turn for the worst a couple weeks ago.
That said. there are 5 artist here (8 employees total). One is on vacation, one is fighting for his life, and the other is by his side. SO that leaves just 2 of us here. I'm hoping we stay fairly slow so that everyone can take care of the more important matters of life while the 2 of us hold the fort down. Still sucks though..

oh. everyone loved the ramen. I did use the 20 cent ramen packs (just the noodles), because the amount you get for what you pay ant the asian store was just too much. This was a simple solotion. I wish i could have found a smaller batch of miso paste, now i'm stuck with this huge pack that i only used 2 tablespoons for. Oh well it was might good.

Thank you. I made 3 lbs of it. Half of it is there, the other half is in the fridge for my office party on Thursday.
Needless to say, I won't be opening my fridge at all. lol.
No you don't. Because if that happened, we'd both revert to being fatties and that just won't be good for our mental health.
Yuck @ ramen noodles. No can do. Too slimey.Thus let me live, unseen, unknown;

It is a nice looking plate of treats.
I open my fridge sometimes at night just to hang out and see if anything has changed. Kind of like window shopping. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

Ouch at the ramen comment. My soul hurts.
And we wouldn't. I'd eat like one or two sqaures post sports. And since i play sports 4-five days a week, for 2-3 hours each time. i'd be fine. You might be jealous, but i'd be fine. I pretty much eat dark chocolate every day. they are just in my pancakes. lol

Figured I would try Beta-alanine again, took 5g. Realize now that I forgot I am pretty sensitive to it initially, feels like fire ants are crawling under the skin on my head and neck/shouders

No tears would be shed, because it'd be in moderation where we both can look good and enjoy life. Besides, If I'm your hubby, your physical appearance isn't constant enough for that to be a basis of why i'd marry you. Bodies change and life happens. We'd have fun regardless.
Don't get me wrong I appreciate good physical appearance. but it's the discipline that comes with it that i'm more attracted to.

Don't forget bedroom acrobatic skills.
I only let one of the women i'm "friends" with spend the night.
Because making her breakfast & having her hang around when I got stuff to do is worth the morning sex.
That and she lives like 1.5 hrs away so making her drive home at 1 am would be lame on my part.
She's got a little on her but the fact she isn't annoying and the oral is great makes up for that.

Well, their probably empty due to all the food porn you watch.
I hope you feel better for the holidays & stay away from the salty foods.
There is a joke there but I already used the Cream of Sum Yun Gai schtick
True story, I found some instant noodles in my pantry while scrounging.
They were so salty my inner lips actually adhered to my teeth!
tossed the whole thing and chugged a gallon of water.
I gotta send you this yr's pic of the tree.
After I get the kids back & they put all the fallen ornaments back on. LOL!
Real tree's don't seem to hold them as well as the fake one's.

Thanks, Nitro! I’ll try. I’ll be waiting for the Christmas tree pics.
No cancer diagnosis yet. It’s definitely a gland issue though and thank goodness not my lymphnodes. She couldn’t feel a stone, but she said one would not be palpable if it’s too deep inside. So, first step was the dilation. I wish there was a mirror like in a dentist’s office, so I could watch her. I need to wait a week to see if the swelling will go away. If it doesn't, I go back for a CT scan.

In other news, I entered a photo contest on FB where the top ‘Liked’ photos will be published into a calendar. My photo made it!!! Woot!
I shared this one before, but I don’t care.

Happy Tuesday All!
