lmao
10/10 presentation
How would you rate this taste-wise? I love the idea of portioning a cake to help meet macros throughout the day. Lately, I've been having days where there is a complete lack of appetite. I had only 800 calories the other day without realizing and almost went to sleep without eating more. This would be so much more convenient. It's a PITA to make food for man / kids, and then turn around and cook something for myself. I hate doing all those dishes lol

Any of you tried the Kroger Vanilla Carbmaster Milk? 1 Cup = 60 Calories, 3g Carbs and 11g Protein. It actually tastes good - doesn't have that artificial/chalky taste that a lot of high-protein/low-carb substitutes do. Ain't cheap though - $4 for a 1/2 Gallon.
I think I've found my milk fix while cutting. I basically avoided milk entirely on past cuts. Should help with calcium too - I probably don't get enough during cuts.Started in April, 2013 at 212 lbs. Completely inactive at the time. Fat with zero muscle mass.

They're actually based out of Ohio, so I dunno? Grocery stores are weird though - seems like every state/region has their dominant grocery stores. In Georgia, it's Kroger and Publix. But you hop over to North Carolina, and it's entirely different - Lowes, Food Lion, Harris Teeter, etc. Kroger may be mostly east coast though.
If you can't find it, I think Coke has a pretty similar product coming out soon. I think someone may have actually posted about it in this thread?
Edit: Here's that Coke milk product: http://www.theguardian.com/business/...-fairlife-milk
Looks like the sugar/carbs won't be as low as the Kroger one though. 60 cals with 3g carbs and 11g protein is freaking hard to beat. Combine that with a scoop of protein powder, and you're looking at 180 cals with 4-5g carbs and 35g protein. That's sick.Last edited by mavajo; 12-04-2014 at 10:10 AM.

Didn't know they were based out of Ohio. Tons of Krogers and Publix in Tennessee too but I think there was literally like 1 city in NC that has a Kroger. Just going to have to hope that brand (or one very similar) makes contracts with the chains out here. Actually, I wouldn't even be surprised if it already exists in some form. I barely venture out past Walmart / Winco for grocery shopping, too lazy and between the two, rarely find cheaper.

I feel like I've missed out on this floor cake thing. I tried searching, but Serp's post a couple pages back was the only thing I could find - I didn't find the 'original' post that someone else referenced...

I was hoping for better black Friday deals from Sony
I really wanted to buy my bro a ps4. That 330 xbox deal would have been tempting if I didn't already own a ps4.
But nevertheless you have made me a very sad panda, removing you from my sig when I get homeI used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Meh, can't diet anymore. Falling apart. Chest is a wasteland, but I have some hamstrings and glutes to show for the year. High carbs yesterday bounced up to 235. At least I got rid of my love handles for the most part. So close, IDK. I need to lose like 10 pounds of actual fat to be where I want to be. Maybe I keep going anyway out of spite.

Yes. Do it. If I'm a masochist, so are you. Don't let the mind games destroy you. It's 10 lbs. Own it, get there and then laugh at the post above. Even thrust your finger at the screen and say GOT YOU YOU BASTID.
Teehehe.
Kureansu - I haz a question. When you make your feta and spinach stuffed chicken bewbs, how do you calculate the macros? I'm making them tonight as part of my food prep.
Do you measure raw then add like a tablespoon of feta and chopped spinach? Or do you bake it first then go by the scale's measuring of the chicken then add tablespoon of feta to each log?
Much appreciated sir.

I weight before cooking. so yeah everything would be weighed then put together and cooked. These days though I don't really care about specific macros. I actually hardly ever cared. I just ate/eat balanced meals. I think 2013 was when i got into it. and by years end i didn't care so much. I guess i eat the same foods so i pretty much know about what i gets on the regular.
But i still weigh everything.

In other news went crazy on squats today. Hit 45, 135, 225, 250, 275 all for 10 reps. I hit 300 and 325 for 5, and 350 for 3. finishes out at 225 for 12. It's going to be fun walking this weekend
