lol. to Muzziechik's unaware stalkers, that is not a pic of her.
Muzziechik, i order whatever i want when i go out so if i'm in the mood for a calorie dense food i'll just eat less of it. in general, serving sizes are usually so big that i have to pack half, and people make fun of me for my doggie bags but i don't care.
no, i wouldn't eat less than i wanted to just b/c i was in the company of a man.
i was on here late one night when the host of the booty thread came out as transgender (or something). at any rate, she used to be a man. i don't think there's anything wrong with her being who she is, but i think it's wrong to mislead people like that.
Nitro, do you have any interest in taking over your thread again next round? no worries if you don't. we're kinda dead in there b/c of confusion over who was hosting... i told them i won't be hosting the next one.
eta: just saw your edit, Kure. no recommendations right now. sorry.Last edited by caprica6; 10-17-2014 at 12:06 PM.

I want to say 185 would probably be my golden spot. But I'd feel so small. Maybe i could get aaway with 190 if i go nice and sloowwwwwww. maybe i should do a really small deficit and try to lose like 1/2 a week. would help manage winter better. I would like to be under 200 when I go to the arnold next feb.
-------------------------------
As far as shows I like, i don't have a real strict preference. I'm all over the pace. i do most of the watching/listening at work anyway.
OOOH arrow is up!

Muzzie i've not a lot going on. OIL CHANGE is about it. How about you?

Sorry Nitro, the boobs are feeling much better now. lol Thank you guys! xoxo
So... They are basically giving me the promotion on a silver platter. They are also allowing me to create and build my own little software oversight empire. This is a really great opportunity, but it comes with some strings attached. I have a lot of thinking to do this weekend.

Watched a guy do this, with really good results. IDK why not, if you are at a point you want to see what's possible. It's not like gaining it back is hard if you don't like it.
I can say nothing is going to improve very fast for me anymore. I've decided as long as I am going to measure progress year by year instead of month to month....well I'm not spending the majority of the next 5-7 years fatter waiting for the gainz.
Not afraid to gain obv, but why carry the extra 10-15 pounds? <That's me talking to myself. The most important aspect of weight training; whether for the athlete, bodybuilder, or average person is to better ones health and ability without injury. - Bill Pearl

You're right, of course. I mean, Mark Twain is right. Good thing the strings aren't attached to a pair of drawers, so no worries about ******* the occasional ****. Quite the opposite actually.
I would be stupid to refuse. Still, I think it's a good excuse to get away and get some fresh air.
TBD, but you just might. Is your daughter going to school in Cali? We're hiring student assistants. Lol
Good night all. Hope you have a great weekend.
