Morning everyone!
4th weekend is over....uneventful for me. No parade or fireworks...bah humbug. Does that only work for Christmas?
Tom is here and boo. Feeling not so great. Bloat is serious.
Today is lifting and work and some errands. Probably laying down after work. Fruit, veggies and water today to help with bloat.

Weekend was super busy. All i now is I had this bright idea to have Popeye's chicken on last night, thinking, "he it's a festive weekend with festive events and festive activites. I'll have this fast food chicken that I haven't had in years!"
Needless to say i spent the rest of the evening with an insane stomach ache with sensations to barf coming in 15-20 minutes spurts until like 2:30 am. The thing is, i know deep fried foods kills my stomach, and i still think that somehow i think i'll be ok if it's a different brand. My old job got chicken king like 3 years ago and i was puking not even 30 minutes after i ate it.
I'm glad you guys enjoyed my story.
In other news. I tried out foot golf, which is golf with a soccer ball. You have 18 in holes, and two soccer balls can fit in the hole comfortable. Was a good times doing 18 holes. Speaking of golf, I did my first nine holes a couple fridays ago. 1 I've only been to a driving range 4-5 times, the last time being in 2013. I did MUCH better than i ever would have imagined, and really enjoyed myself. So there's that.
In tennis, I've finally s the idea of placement over power and learned a proper balance. I'm hitting more winners than ever and actually have time to get to the ball since i can place it well enough to be able to get in position for the return (i think they say you have about 1.2 seconds before the is back in play on your side after you hit it), since i would just send it hard to the middle all the time before.
In soccer, I'm constantly working of foot work and just getting more comfortable with the ball. I found the "sweet spot" on my foot to generate the most power striking the ball with minimal effort. Not to work on consistency.

Project adding more insulation to the attic has begun. Putting down another 4" so the total is 10", but it sucks because we use it as storage so I gotta tear up the floor, put down some new 4" studs, insulate and then put the floor back down. Pretty low height up there (about 120cm) so balancing on the beams semi-crouched, dunno why I torment myself so much
But it should help with keeping the warmth during the winter on the old part of the house, next year I will probably do the outer walls, plan to add 2 or 4" there, just sucks to remove almost new cladding since I didn't think of adding more when I did everything 3 years agoMy story going from obese to fit while battling daily chronic headaches:

I stick to high bar. I have issues with my shoulders and being able to stabilize the bar properly. Ive tried all sorts of stretches and just can't shake it so I try to squat for a while then mix it up with some leg press/hack squat stuff until the shoulder works itself out again.
Total fat lost by following advice in stickies: ~100+ lbs.
