    Best exercises for the lateral and medial head of the triceps with free weights?

    i'm doing cable pushdowns for the triceps, but i want to switch to something with free weights.

    I do cable push downs & skull crushers, however I use free weights instead of easy bar cos you can go deeper in the rep!

    I think tricep kickbacks work every head pretty evenly?

    Try Close-Grip Bench Presses and French Presses with an EZ Curl bar.
