I named this the BACH stack
Beta Alanine
Creatine
HMB
I'll be doing a 6 day a week higher-volume PPL split because I have had tremendous results with recovery while taking HMB in the past.
I'll post starting lift weights, LBM, etc on Monday when I start.

New Start Date: 9-25-14. We had a baby on the 23rd, she was induced on the 22nd. Obviously this cycle was delayed.
I started today doing my pull day. The beta alanine was noticeable. I was able to maintain the same level of reps for my second and third sets. I usually fall off a rep or two on the additional sets (I use 30 second to 1 minute 30 second rest periods.) The paresthesia is there but nothing overwhelming or unbearable. If anything it lets me know I am getting it; I actually kind of like it really.
Creatine is still loaded and muscles saturated. HMB is being taken as well.
I progressively overload each workout with either additional reps or additional weight. I was able to add progressively overload on everything today. Sometimes, by the 3rd or 4th exercise for a muscle group, the muscle will start to fatigue enough where I hit previous numbers. This was not the case this time. I would suspect the beta alanine helped.Reliable sources of information:
