Or maybe he should have avoided supplementation in the first place (assuming he was ever competing without it and doing reasonably). You can't really have that much control on the rate at which your body chooses to grow, especially in certain areas that have more... receptors than others depending on your genetics, when you're triggering complex metabolic processes with "whey protein". It stops being about what you're eating and lifting, and more about your body's response to the other stimulus you're inducing through the stuff you're ingesting.
Hopefully some people understand what I'm getting at here, because I've seen how people are getting kicked off the forum for being politically incorrect.

Ehh, he's big, but he's by no means "massive."
This is just what happens when you get lean enough with great separation aka the ILLUSION of size.
Also for those saying WBFF is more achievable:
Lulz.
Besides the physique division has NEVER been about being actually achievable, it's about the ILLUSION of being achievable since it acts as a proxy to the bodybuilding division aka people say "NO way I can look like a top notch IFBB bodybuilder, but physique is smaller, surely I can achieve that" (L O L)

That depends. Some of the muscle models come in smaller, but win or place well on the merit of their overall look (face, smile etc. If you can read that without detecting false homosexual overtones). The amount of size required of a muscle model is sometimes overestimated... It's a contest of overall marketability. Your muscle size and leanness is just one of the elements.

I can't get past how lame the sport is. When you mark people down for being too lean or too hard it's not something I want to be a part of. If Sadik wins looking like he does then maybe the sport will look different to me. But when Mark Anthony won last year looking like garbage I just laughed.
Plus the board shorts thing takes away any emphasis from training legs.

He's one of Jay Cutler's best friends....IFBB gonna IFBB
Your life, but you could do very well at it. Anything can be looked as at lame, but at the end of the day, it's an easier prep with the opportunity for tons of money doing something you love. Yeah there's certain things that aren't appealing, but that is how it is in anything. The possible benefits greatly outweigh the drawbacks.

I agree with this... Always makes me lol when ugly people compete in it and get mad when they don't place after taking a boat load of protein as well because they miss the point completely. I personally know some of those people... What a waste of a HPTA axis and extreme conditioning. Lol.
Being extremely ripped and big is not what the judges are looking for. Just wasting their health, time, money and hopes on a contest that is equally as ****ty in its rewards as pro bodybuilding. Even for the winners.Last edited by RC2008; 09-19-2014 at 11:50 AM.

I seriously hope he places poorly due to too much mass and decides to go BB. I will have a tremendous amount of respect for him if that happens.

He looks heavier than that. Seems like he's predisposed to really dense, quality muscle. Would love to see what this guy could do not held back by the retarded judging criteria.
This is why physique is gayer than a bag of diks. How in the world do you even judge it?
One guy is too muscular?
Another is not muscular enough?
One guy is too flat?
Another guy is too full?
One guy is too dry?
Another guy is too watery?
It makes absolutely ZERO sense."There are no victims, only volunteers. You volunteer by looking uncertain and afraid. You volunteer by being, as grass-eaters invariably are, unprepared to confront the hazards of life." - Col. Jeff Cooper
